We very much enjoyed the house and the stay. There were only a couple issues but nothing to complain about. The pool seems to be leaking and the device that is used to make sure water is added does not work properly. We had to add water daily in hopes it wouldn’t ruin the pool pump. And the only other thing was the amount of ants inside and outside of the house.

Loved the place. It was beautiful. Not a far walk to the beach. The pool was smaller than what we thought but the kids loved it and had a blast. Also the refrigerator didn't get real cold and the freezer part didn't freeze very well. Overall though would definitely rebook.

Good house, but maintenance was a problem

We paid 50 a day for a heated pool that was not heated for the first 3 1/2 days we were there. We had to fill up the propane bottle for the grill. Had to replace batteries in TV remotes. Ant infestation in master bath and bedroom finally got it under control after spraying twice a day and setting ant traps. All five smoke detectors going off finally got someone to come check on them at midnight, they just took all the detectors down and left us without any smoke alarms for two days. The house itself was fine for our family’s needs but we were not expecting to do all the maintenance while we were on vacation.

Quaint & Cozy!

We fit 2 family’s with several young children comfortably. Kids enjoyed the pool everyday. Short walk to the beach. (Please note: Miami street is VERY VERY busy) Only complaint would be the kitchen could be equipped with more cookware. Very limited with basic & minimal skillets, pans, etc. could use a toaster, and the ice maker made very little ice each day. Also, we would have loved to have a vacuum to use daily. The house was supplied with a broom which did help with the daily traffic cleanup. Overall, the house was a great stay & we would stay again. Property management was very attentive & quick with requests.

Amazing house!

We loved this property for our family vacation. Perfect for all 6 of us. The kids loved the bunk room and the pool. Not too far from the beach About a 10 min walk. Kitchen was very accommodating and the place was clean. Would def recommend and come back.

The Perfect Place

This place was perfect. There were six of us and we had plenty of room. We loved the pool. Plenty room to park our SUV and golf cart. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to fix our meals. It was just about a 3-ish minute walk to the beach. We left our boogie boards / nets / beach chair for the next guest to enjoy. The beds were super comfy and plenty big enough. Ooh and all the cute pics of the homeowners were awesome plus the beach themed wall decor were beautiful. We will definitely be staying here again.!!

Our stay was pretty good the house is beautiful. Ocean reef could have handled some issues we had a lot better then how they did upon arriving the pool light was out of the pool we called immediately to let them know hoping it would be fixed as a priority but no one came the entire time of our stay. Then inside could use better cleaning the couches had stains on them and it just seemed like no one took their time from the last guest who left as to when we arrived. Also there was a big roach in the living room and the dryer was okay seemed like things never were super warm coming out and the toilet in the master is not the best it seems old and needs replaced it has to have the lever up at all times or it will make a running sound. The beds we’re comfortable and the house was spacious and kept a family of 4 very comfortable when it comes to the rooms size and amenities were good as well plenty of towels and nice TVs in the rooms overall I would stay here again just would hope a few things could be corrected.

Best property we have rented by far

This by far the cleanest and best rental property we have rented! I had I had to send an email the company never slacker always got a reply in 5 mins or less! Will def rent this property again! Ocean reef rentals is by far an A+ company!

We loved staying here! It was the perfect set up for our family! You have to walk to the beach but was a totally doable walk even for the kiddos! Especially thankful for the wagon for my baby! Great pool and amenities cute backyard! Definitely plan to stay again!

For Me, It Was the Small Things

Every detail was considered in the design of this home; a basket where keys should be stored by the door, a hook in every imaginable convenient place, a beautifully stocked kitchen, and stylish and practical decor throughout. The location was convenient and the heated pool a dream. It was a wonderful and relaxing vacation.

Great stay!

This was a lovely home away from home. The pool was small but we loved it. The kitchen was very well stocked including spices. The beds were comfortable. The beach was a little farther away than anticipated but still within walking distance. You were just tired on the return from being out in the sun. Overall we would stay here again in a heartbeat

A quick, overnight stay

This property was adorable!! And exactly what we needed for a quick, overnight stay. I asked about checking out at a later time and I know the host would have if they didn’t have another reservation coming in the same day. The house that finally fit us all!

Perfect location to the beach, shops and interstate! Loved having the bikes available for the kids to have some time to enjoy the beautiful neighborhood! The house had all the room we needed and more! Will be saving this one for the next trip!

Great location

The house was clean and covered our needs. It is in a nice location with some stores and the beach very walkable. We had the pool heated and enjoyed it. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. We’d book this property again.
