Beautiful Place!

Beautiful home and very clean. Really enjoyed the golf cart and also being in the resort, lots of things to do! We would definitely stay there again. We did have a hiccup when I ordered something from Amazon to be delivered to the home and the owner didn’t have a key for the mailbox. A neighbor was kind enough to talk to the mail lady when she was there and I was able to get it but a day later than needed. Also plan to bring your owner shampoo, conditioner and soap and toilet paper if staying longer than a day or two. Just one travel sized bottle of each plus one extra roll per bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and there were dishes we could store our leftovers in which was nice. There is a Keurig and a regular coffee pot but no coffee so bring your own! We had a group of 5 and there were enough beach chairs and beach towels for all of us. The garage area was very useful with storing our beach gear and keeping all of that it out of the house. Definitely recommend!

Family celebration 60th Birthday

Wonderful location and house. The only disappointment was we initially thought it came with 3 king/queen size beds because of pictures. In fact one of the bedrooms has 2 full beds instead which was a disappointment for us, but others may prefer. Additionally there is no outdoor grill although booking originally stayed there was. Overall I great place to stays. The hosts were extremely responsive. The cart and beach equipment was an extra bonus.

Relaxing family vacation

Definitely a great place to stay for a week long family trip. Excellent neighborhood with easy access to so many things just using the golf cart! Trips to the beach, wharf, and the local shopping and food! Golf cart was excellent!! Owner had quick and amazing communication. Grocery, golf, farmers market and beach were all very convenient. Wish there was a grill onsite but other than that we had an amazing time. Even met the very helpful and polite neighbors. Thank you!

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful time in Sandestin. This home was beautiful and had many amenities there to use. The golf cart was great to get around the community. My son loved the bike to use when he went fishing and the beach equipment was great and very convenient. Thank you again!

Great spring break spot

The house is lovely and very well stocked. The golf cart made life easier here. You can get to the beach as well as all the other amenities. Bonus was being able to go to the Publix and all adjoining shops by a back entrance. It was nice to have so many things to do since it is early spring and can be cold.

Wonderful home and great location!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home! It was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 teenage daughters. It was exceptionally clean and well-maintained with extra perks like beach chairs and beach towels and bikes. The pool and hot tub at the clubhouse are directly across from the home which was so convenient. We enjoyed taking the golf cart to the beach, to Baytown Village, to the marina and to the tennis courts. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Spacious Family Rental

This spacious home in the quiet Laurel Grove neighborhood is the perfect place to gather your group for a beach vacation. The host was responsive to texts before and during our stay concerning procedures and questions. The golf cart worked well, kept a charge and was easily parked in the garage. The garage offered numerous beach toys and accessories. The house was well stocked with supplies and towels beyond just the essentials. There was room for everyone to have their own space or gather together on the lighted porch, in the kitchen, main living area or in the bedrooms. The washer and dryer, refrigerator, coffee makers and televisions worked well. The home was in walking distance of the community pool, hot tub and overflow parking. The home is clean and comfortable but could use some updating of the decorations, rugs/carpets, linens and furnishings to make it more "beachy". If your family is looking for space with a relaxing atmosphere this is the place for you!

Beautiful property with a great location!

Our family stayed at this beautiful property in July 2024. There was plenty of room for everyone! The screened back porch was very nice. We had coffee and ate many meals outside with the kids. The property is very convenient to the neighborhood pool which the kids loved to go in afternoons after spending the morning at the beach. We used the golf cart to the beach and Baytowne, both very close by as well. There were plenty of pots, pans, dishes and glasses. We ate in a lot with 3 smaller children. The home is really lovely and we highly recommend it!

Perfect Vacation

The house was perfect for my family. The neighborhood is setup perfectly. We loved the fact that once we arrived and parked the car we never had to use it again until our departure date. Golf cart access to shops, grocery store, restaurants and the beach made it extremely convenient. We will definitely be going back to Laurel Grove!

The most gracious host. Easy to get in touch with and prompt to address any questions or concerns. The house is in an excellent location- very quiet neighborhood and near the pool. Well furnished with a great floor plan. We had a relaxing wonderful time hanging out on the two large verandas. We also loved zipping around in the new golf cart.

Sandestin - Laurel Grove

The house was beautiful and perfectly located in Sandestin. We enjoyed the beautiful home with its proximity to the Baytown Wharf and Grand Boulevard. The bedrooms are spacious and the porches are relaxing. We also enjoyed the convenience of the golf cart. We will definitely stay here again. Lori, the hostess, is so nice and communicated well about everything we needed to know.

Disappointed

The property and home were nice....but dealing with the owner was not. When asked about the missing Grill....the bikes with no helmets and locks....bugs in the home...we were not treated kindly. Also prepare to sign a 13 page contact with them.I found the contract insulting. My family has rented and stayed in Santa Rosa for almost 20 years...and we have never been treated with such disregard.

Must stay!!!

We had a wonderful vacation. We have been coming to Sandestin for 6 years and have stayed in different homes each year, this was by far the best yet! The home was exactly as described! It was so clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our 6 days. Lori was so easy to communicate with and made our stay even better! Thank you and we will be back.

Family Vacation

This Laurel Grove home and neighborhood are lovely. The house is the perfect size for both gatherings and quiet time. After a busy day at the beach and local sights, everyone had enough room for some private time (2 teenagers included). The neighbor hood is quiet and very well kept. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

Vacation

My family stayed at this property the week before the Fourth of July holiday. The location was good and the access to the beach was easy because we had the golf cart. The air conditioning in the home worked very well, which was a lifesaver. Most properties we have rented in the past have always fallen short. The only suggestions I might make are adding blinds to the upstairs rooms because the sun wakes you up by 6:30 every morning. Also, the refrigerator does not get cold even after adjusting the temperature. The dryer is also not working properly because it took multiple cycles to dry a small load of towels. Overall, I give our stay a solid seven out of 10 stars.

Fantastic beach rental

This was a beautifully decorated beach house in a perfect location. Loved having breakfast in the screened in back porch. The attached garage was a bonus for storing our golf clubs and bikes. Great 6 person golf cart. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

This house located in a quiet neighborhood was very comfortable for our 10-week stay from February to April. Very spacious and clean with all the amenities. We enjoyed the pool nearby and the large screened deck (few rentals in the area have outdoor dining furniture but this one has it). Excellent communication with the owner and easy check-in. Sandestin is a great area and having the golf cart to get around to the beach, restaurants, shops and grocery store was awesome. Highly recommend!
