Excellent Home in Heart of Sandestin

Wonderful experience at the property. Access upon arrival was wonderful. With the 2 golf carts, we never had to use the cars after settling in. The neighborhood pool and hot tub were extremely convenient and nice to have so close to home. We also used the fitness center which was nice and rarely occupied. Would highly recommend.

Perfect for a group

The house was clean & well equipped. Loved to sit out back by the water.it would perfect if you had kids with you. Only complaint is there’s no beach chairs or beach equipment. Loved the house and would definitely recommend it. Loved having 3 king beds! Perfect for 3 couples

The property was somewhat well maintained, however, we had several beetles in one bed. In addition the outdoor furniture was so nasty we could not enjoy the porches. The hall bath shower did not drain we love Sandestin though and enjoyed our stay.

Excellent and beautiful place!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Laurel Grove on Sàndestin Golf Resort. The house was absolutely beautiful, up to date with appliances and decor, plus ease of access and use of golf carts was a huge plus! There was enough room for our group of 8 without feeling like we were constantly "on top" of each other. Access to shopping and the local Publix was so nice and we truly enjoyed our stay! The beds were comfy and it was so nice to feel like we were "at home" and could have an actual house to all be together in! We look forward to booking again in the future!

Not as listed…

Our stay at this property was less than desirable. The house does not appear as listed on the site. The house was very dirty, stains on all furniture, bedding, and pillows had what appeared to be blood stains. The upstairs hallway bathroom was leaking into the bottom bedrooms bathroom through the light fixtures and none of the sinks would drain. We were unable to use the hallway bathroom due to this, causing all of the family to have to use the other two bathrooms. We reached out to the rental property manager and the issue was not addressed as promised and we never heard back after contacting them twice. The AC also did not work properly which seemed to be a known issue due to multiple fans being in all rooms (which was not listed on the rental listing). The AC was also promised to be addressed and was not to our knowledge. The rooms were very stuffy and there was condensation in all of the rooms from poor air flow. For the price you pay this home is not worth the money, please beware and update the listing for the issues this home has.

Great house!

The property was great! We were very impressed in the kitchen, very well stocked with nice dishes. The only thing we didn’t love was how crowded the beach was but the golf carts were awesome for getting around.

Will definitely stay again!

The property was just as described. We enjoyed the golf carts. They made travel around the resort convenient and fun! The only complaint we had was that the sprinklers came on at 9:15 just as we were getting out of our car one night. They should probably be set to come on after midnight.
