Location great - close to beach- close to shopping and restaurants. Loved the golf cart transportation. Very clean rooms. Enjoyed the lake right outside the back door - married to a big fisherman so he fished each morning! Host was very responsive to questions and concerns. Great experience!

Great place

We have stayed at Sandestin before and really like the area. We did like this location better being closer to the beach and enjoyed the restaurants nearby. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Golf cart definitely a plus. Didn’t use our vehicle til we went home.

Sandestin family vacation

The unit was as pictured. Kitchen was well stocked. The golf cart was a fun addition, especially for the kids. And we had a beautiful view from our upstair master. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Condo was ok. Master is upstairs which was not advertised in description, and my husband had a surgery recently so I had booked seeing the downstairs patio thinking it was a lower unit. Golf cart and TVs are all very outdated. No smart TVs in the condo or working remotes in kids room. Bunk bed is wobbly and broken. Location is great though. San Destin Is amazing but the actual unit was lacking. Wouldn’t book again but for a last min find it worked out.

The 6-seater golf cart made for an easy trip to Baytowne Wharf and the beach. We loved fishing in the pond steps off the patio. Beds were comfortable and unit was clean upon arrival.

this was the second year in a row we rented a condo at Beachside villas both years. They just come in moving all the furniture around and start painting no one even gives you a warning! They threw all the deck porch furniture off the front and back deck. We didn’t even have a place to sit outside.

The location is great especially if you have a golf cart, easy access to the beach and not far from great shopping and food. Having the golf cart was very convenient.The company was really quick to respond back about any problems we had. Only thing I can say is the kitchen could use a little more storage for pantry items, maybe some shelves on the wall across from fridge and cabinets.

The golf cart is very convenient and a nice perk! Our family of 4 had plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. Our only issue was upon our arrival, the master room TV was broken. The rental management was quick to respond and send maintenance, however, we never heard anything from them again. So we had a broken TV laying in the room all week.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was great! The property community had everything you needed a golf ride away. The only downfall was the grill. The picture posted on website has a grill that is no longer there. We love to grill on vacation and were extremely disappointed. It was got a gas grill as stated in description. It is a very basic grill requiring charcoal. You need to update your pictures and description. Other than the grill we would stay there again!!!

Great Location

We always have a great time in Sandestin. The golf cart is a must in Sandestin, so it's great that they had a six-seater available for us to use. The place was clean and met the basics of the advertisement so we are leaving a five star review. However, if you book this condo, here are a couple of things to be aware of that we wish we would have known. There are no spices, cooking spray, or anything other than utensils/plates/bowls in the kitchen (they did leave a couple of k-cups) - we had to purchase salt and pepper and some other basic cooking supplies which we left behind that hopefully they will leave for the next guests. There are only two washcloths in each of the bathrooms so you will need to run the washer several times if you stay for a week (also bring detergent as there were only two tide pods that they provided). Our stay was good, location was great, but some of the basic essentials we have had in every other vacation home in Sandestin over the years were very much lacking.

Reviewer Comments: The location was great...easy to get to and from the beach, restaurants and shops and a quick golf cart ride to Baytown! Also, a quick walk to the pool. We had everything we needed and had two small maintenance issues that were immediately addressed. The beds were comfy and the place was lovely! The listing mentioned a smart tv and there were no smart TVs. (Not a huge deal but thought I’d share with future renters!) The only big downside was in the listing for the unit it mentioned we had access to multiple pools and we emailed upon arrival asking which other pools besides the one at Beachwalk and I got no response. I got quick responses for every other inquiry. So the next day we called and were told we only had access to the one pool. That was a big bummer because we were looking forward to pool hopping a bit and enjoying the resort but those amenities were not available to us at this unit even though the listing made it seem so!
