  • Nuestra hermosa casa adosada es la mejor opción para sus vacaciones en la playa con su querida familia (y / o amigos). Perfectamente ubicado, a solo 5 minutos a pie de Emerald Beach y a minutos de tiendas, restaurantes y todo lo que necesita.
    Con 3 dormitorios y 2. 5 baños, hay espacio más que suficiente para 10 personas (+ cuna), por lo que no tendrá que dejar a nadie atrás. Actualizado con pisos, pintura, encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos.

    Cocina totalmente equipada y todas las comodidades tecnológicas que necesitas: Roku, Netflix, consola de juegos con juegos, juego de póker totalmente equipado. , Barra de sonido e Internet de alta velocidad para mantener a todos ocupados mientras trabajas en la parrilla.

    Descripción detallada de la casa:

    Cocina: nuestra cocina está totalmente equipada, lista para preparar deliciosas comidas con una gran área de comedor elegante y asientos en la barra de desayuno. Incluso incluimos licuadora para sus batidos frescos.
    Dormitorios y baños: todas las habitaciones tienen colchones de lujo, televisores de alta definición con Roku y Netflix incorporados.

    El primer dormitorio (The ‘King’) cuenta con una cama king size con baño Jack & Jill y bañera profunda (lista para 2 personas).

    El segundo dormitorio ('The Queens') tiene una litera queen sobre queen con baño Jack & Jill y bañera (lista para 4 personas).

    Sala de estar: ¡Disfrute de una noche familiar en nuestra gran sala de estar con un televisor de 65 pulgadas con Roku y una barra de sonido para que la experiencia de película / música sea aún más agradable! PS3 o Xbox360 con gran variedad de juegos, películas y cuenta de Netflix, TODO incluido.

    Lavadora y secadora están disponibles en el segundo piso. Silla alta está disponible para sus bolsas.

    Afuera: Tenemos un patio trasero íntimo, justo en el borde de la piscina comunitaria.

Miramar beach vacation

The family and I had a wonderful time. This location was very clean and had every thing we needed to make it fill like home. Close to the beach and several attractions. Would definitely recommend.

The townhouse was perfect for our family of 6. It was quiet, yet close enough to the beach and to other attractions that teen and young adult children enjoy!! Everything was clean and user friendly!

Great stay!

We had a great time, even with not the best weather! The house was stocked well and we had everything we needed. Very clean, and great location just a short walk or golf cart ride away from everything Destin/Miramar has to offer!

Miramar Beach Stay

We had a great trip to Miramar beach! The home has an easy check in/check out process and is very close to the beach. The home is very clean and was a wonderful set up for two small families of 3. Jerry was a great communicator as well. We greatly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again.

Family Friendly

Short walk to the beach, plenty of sleeping accommodations for everyone. We took seven plus our pupcould have easily had a few more people. Super comfortable, property manager kept in touch our whole visit making sure we had everything we needed and everything was up to par!

Great condo, fabulous location!!

The house was a short walk to the beach and well equipped, which was convenient for the family. Also, close proximity to restaurants, grocery shopping, and shopping. The pool area in the development was very nice, especially in the afternoon after the beach. The owners were very responsive and focused on delivering a great experience to the guests. I would highly recommend this condo if you are looking to stay in the Miramar Beach area.

Weekend getaway

The place was conveniently located for us. Close to where our friends were and great walking and beach access. And as a bonus, there was plenty of toilet paper. LOL! Check in and check out instructions were very clear and easy.

One of the best places we have stayed

We have rented places about twice a year for the last 10 years or so in Mirimar Beach area, and this was one of our top favorites. The place is very clean and well supplied with everything you might need. The furniture is clean and in good condition. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of sleeping space for a large family. The communication with the owners was excellent. And it was dog friendly! It’s in a great location - easy walk to the beach. We will stay here again!

One Month Stay

We were very impressed with our stay at the “Beach House” in Miramar Beach. This unit was very spacious, clean and had all the amenities one would require for a one month stay. Any questions or concerns we had (needed a light bulb changed and some barbecue maintenance) were addressed promptly. Neighbourhood was quiet and well maintained. We are looking forward to coming back to this property.

Great location!!

We had a great time and the location of our condo was perfect! It took less than 5 minutes for us to walk to the beach. Plenty of room in the condo for all 10 of us! After every trip to the beach, everyone came back and showered and we never ran out of hot water. The hosts are great and will answer any questions you have in a very timely matter. You want bang for your buck then look no further than this great condo close to the beautiful beaches near Destin!

Winter Getaway

This was the perfect place for our family and dogs to rest, relax and rejuvinate. It was the ideal distance to walk to the beach (although the dogs were not allowed on the beach.) The house was perfectly stocked and immaculately clean.

Amazing Beach House

Mother/Daughter Girl Scout Senior trip

We were a group of 10 (5 moms and 5 daughter who were 17-18years old). We were a Girl Scout troop celebrating the girl’s graduation from HS. We were originally scheduled to take a cruise, but due to COVID we had to come up with a new plan. We booked this condo and it turned out to be perfect for us. The girls took the master bed room/bath so that all 5 of them could be together. (There was room for 6 in that room). The moms shared the Jack and Jill bath and other 2 rooms. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed (skillets, dishes, coffee maker, dishwasher). We used the grill one night to make silver turtles (if you’re a Girl Scout, you know!). We used the washer and dryer several times. There were 3 beach chairs and a wagon that we used each time we went to the beach. The walk to the beach is about 6 minutes (not bad at all). There are lots of steps to get down to the beach, but once there, we had plenty of room. It wasn’t overcrowded at all. We thoroughly enjoyed the back patio and swam in the community pool once. The living room and dining area was open and perfect for us. There was a TV in every bedroom and living room, but we didn’t even turn one on. The condo is about 10 miles (30 min because of in season traffic) to Destin and about 45 minutes to Panama City Beach. The condo was clean when we arrived and Jerry was available if we needed him(which we didn’t). We loved our stay!

Beautiful and spacious!!

Our Thanksgiving getaway was so wonderful thanks to this rental! There was more than enough space for our 6 adults and 2 small dogs! The kitchen was big enough to cook a Thanksgiving dinner and bake dozens of cookies. It was very clean upon arrival, and we were surprised that it was bigger in person than it appeared in photos! Jerry was very accessible via the app messaging system, and he was ready to solve anything that might come up. We would definitely stay here again!
