We could not have been happier with the Sunseeker for our spring break trip. We had a large group, and the layout of the rooms and multitude of bathrooms made it perfect for our stay. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The pool was a little chilly (there is an option to heat) but our group enjoyed chilling in the lounge chairs and using picnic table for meals. The beach was a 5-8 minute walk and the water was so clear. The golf cart made it convenient to shuttle folks that didn’t want to walk. There were several shops within walking/golf cart distance as well (coffee, beach supplies. cVS, wine shop, boutique). I recommend this place and would stay again.

This is a fabulous house and great for a large family vacay! Brie and Aubrey couldn't have been more helpful and so responsive when we had questions. Great location! Just a short walk to private beach access. Love the recommendation for The Donut Hole for breakfast! You will not be sorry if you stay here!

Family Thanksgiving!

This was tbe perfect home for our family vacation over the holidays! The first/main floor accommodated perfectly, for our older family members, with a walk-in shower! The 2 refrigerators were perfect for our large crew and all the snacks, food, and beverages. The second floor accommodated 6 more family members, but there was certainly room for more! Every roo. Had its own bathroom and gave the perfect amount of privacy! The thrid floor accommodated, my husband, myself, and our 2 children fantastically! When it was time for the kiddos to go to bed, tbey were tucked away enough to not be disturbed by the late night laughter, but close enough for us to hear if anything went wrong. Brie and Aubry were really great! Very fast with any communication and answered questions promptly! There was a step that needed repair, Aubry came over quickly (during an appropriate time of the day) to remedy the step, which helped with protecting the kiddos from any accidents. I would absolutely come back, and I would recommend the "Sunseeker" for any family! Qe had an amazing trip, with some pretty fantastic hosts!

Stunning & Relaxing!

This home is a absolutely beautiful. Each room has a king size bed so deciding on which room with mostly adults wasn’t hard because all rooms were great! The ice maker built into the island was a great addition along with the double fridge! The pool area was perfect while having small children because of the sitting area they loved the small fountains. The golf cart was a definite plus getting to the beach and Winn Dixie was much easier with it. Over all our stay was a 5 star and we would definitely stay here again!

Very accommodating for large groups.

We loved it! We had 6 families as part of our Family gathering. The owners are very hands on, and responded immediately with any any questions and even delivered a new pack and play within 15 minutes. The extra fridge is essential for large groups. Ice machine is awesome and the sun shelf in the pool is perfect for toddlers. We will be coming back!!

Wonderful Beach House

We loved the beach house! It accommodated our big family and was especially helpful having 2 full size refrigerators and a super washer and drier!! The pool was super fun and having a golf cart included was a great plus! Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were! We enjoyed our family time and had plenty of room to spread out!!

Wonderful week at Miramar Beach!

We had a fabulous time at the Sunseeker last week. The house was perfect for our group - the kids and adults enjoyed the pool and rides on the golf cart to the beach. The 2 refrigerators and ice maker were so useful for our evening meals. I would highly recommend this property, we all commented it was the perfect choice for us.

Fantastic Getaway!

My family and friends stayed a week at the Sunseeker. The house was wonderful! Had to reach out to the homeowners once for a quick reset of the wifi and they responded immediately. We had 5 families in the house and everyone enjoyed themselves. Our only suggestion for the owners is for a dresser or luggage rack in each bedroom. Having the golf cart was a bonus! It was nice to not worry about that when arriving and helped tremendously going back and forth to the beach. Thanks for having us! We hope to be back!

Family Fun in the Sun!

Sunseeker was a fabulous home for our family to share a great time and create new memories. We have been coming to the Destin area for 20 years, this home and neighborhood have been the top location for us. We were pleased with everything: the home overall, the pool with bubblers for the toddlers, the outdoor TV for evening movies, the picnic table at the pool with umbrella for shade-seekers, the golf cart for easy transportation especially getting to the beach, additional icemaker, two refrigerators and many more items. What is best about the house is that it allowed our families to share time and memories together. We can see ourselves coming back for more in the future. Thanks for the wonderful service provided by the owners, Brie and Aubrey. They made sure that everything was in place and we are thankful for all they did to make our stay great.

Awesome vacation stay!

Great host! Needed the front door knob fixed and he was there himself within an hour to take care of it! Very friendly and helpful with giving info on the area. Top notch!
