Great location!

Check in was smooth. The house included everything that you need. The property is a walking distance to CVS. Quick response when submitting maintenance issues. Highly recommend!

Cleanliness

The condo was great. We enjoyed our stay. They only issue I wanted to bring out is that cleaning may want to focus on the floors. We put my granddaughter in her walker to move around and when we picked her up, her feet were nasty.

Great location. And the golf cart was a big plus. We all enjoyed having that.

Check in was so easy. Enjoyed not having to go to an office somewhere other than the property. Was told there was a coffee maker that uses k-cups and there was only a coffee pot. We had bought k-cups and then had to go out and buy the kind that was needed for it. Other than that kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The living room needed more seating for the amount of people we had in our group. And the baby gate does not work. We had a 1 1/2 yr old that loved the stair areas. Had to block off with a living room chair Enjoyed the stay!!

Where's the pool?

Everything about the property was as advertised except a heated pool was also listed. We did not have access, and no direction was given for how to access a heated pool.

Nice stay with golf cart

The house and its contents seem very new. The paint job has many dings and scratches which may not be so problematic except the flat paint surface which prohibits cleaning. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen amply supplied. I liked the coded door. The golf cart was a huge plus getting to the beach. The section of beach here is very clean and nice. There is good parking and public restrooms. There was this fan issue. It looked like the bathroom fans were on a sensor but they just kept going off and are quite loud. In the middle of the night they would just keep turning on. I am not sure if that is by design but they are just very loud fans.

Beautiful Clean Home

House was spacious and VERY clean with only a couple of issues (walls banged up a bit and some broken blinds). Not enough seating in living room for number people the home sleeps. A large sectional or another full size couch would be way more suitable for number of guests and space. Distance to the public beach wasn’t too bad with access to the gulf cart, however public beach parking was a nightmare! Nowhere near the amount of parking needed for the amount of people this area of the beach attracts. If you don’t get there super early, you will have to circle numerous times and hope something opens up OR plan on coming back later in the day. Very crowded area. Don’t plan on returning because we personally prefer private beach access.

Nice place

This rental was exactly what we needed. It had enough sleeping for three families plus kids. Loved that there were so many king beds available. There isn’t too much gathering space and table seating is limited for a place that sleeps so many. But it was nothing you couldn’t work around. In terms of cleanliness - everything was cleaned very well before we got there. You can tell the property has been used quite a bit. The furniture is a bit dingy and walls are pretty marked up. If anything, though, took the pressure off with having kids on the trip! The area is okay - tucked into some commerical sites but it was fine. We had everything we needed. Golf cart was great for beach’s access, which is about .75 mile walk to where you can actually get on the beach. Customer service was awesome. They were quick to respond and very helpful. Overall, it was a great experience and worth the price.

Beach house without beach amenities

The house was amazing and the AC was great. The neighborhood was quiet. The location was perfect to walk to the beach or use the golf cart. There were only 2 issues I had with the property: 1st- You would think that it would have beach amenities, ie, chairs, towels, umbrellas, toys (for kids). It had 4 sand chairs even though the house could sleep 14 people. There were no towels or umbrellas for the beach. If someone is flying into Destin, these items would be great to have available. There were no activities to do with family at the house, ie, games, corn hole, ping pong. The property didn't list this stuff so it's my fault for renting it without reviewing the amenities carefully. We bought towels, umbrellas and toys for the kids. But be prepared to dispose of them or take them back home cause the property doesn't want anything left behind (they will throw it away) 2nd- was the Fridge did not work properly. We reached out to the rental staff and they responded quickly. It still was inconvenient for 6 adults and 2 children to have a broken fridge. We threw away quite a bit of food. They are going to compensate me (I hope). Overall, it's a nice rental but VERY basic in amenities for a beach house. This was a family trip so everyone adjusted great.

Nice home.

The house was nice and pretty clean. We liked the size and location. The lock on the front door was hard to unlock and lock back and one of the smoke detectors kept going off randomly but other than that we really enjoyed the house. Love the golf cart that was included, it made going to and from the beach easier.

Fantastic house for a party of 12 to 14

We stayed here for our wedding. Had enough room for the family. Very spacious and clean. Had enough bathrooms for all of us to use at once. Kitchen was very equipped. Loved the space. Beds were very comfortable also.

Everything we expected and more

My husband and I stayed at this property for a few weeks and we loved it. We had a few friends and family come for several days, home was very spacious and everyone had their own separate space with their own bathroom which was nice. Home was very clean and everything advertised was accurate. Management was easy to work with we enjoyed it so much we extended our stay. Highly recommend this rental. Golf cart was also a great addition.

Vacation getaway

We enjoyed our time in Miramar beach even though it rained the majority of our trip. We were able to spend time inside without being on top of each other. Everyone had their on space to hang out while stuck inside. The location of the house was perfect. Even though the original golf cart was out of commission, we were still provided one which was a plus. Look forward to renting again in the future.

Beautiful Spacious Home

We had a group of 11 people, 1 baby, & pets. Everyone had their own space & had plenty of room to gather. We didn’t cook a lot but did grill one night & had all the necessities needed. The refrigerator did not get real cold. There was a note on the door stating it will take 24 hours to get cold after filling… it didn’t get cold til the last night (.5 days). It is pretty far from the beach but the golf cart made that doable. The only thing missing from this house was the view of the beach…other than that we had a great time & would stay here again.

Beautiful Condo!!!

The overall experience was amazing and condo was absolutely beautiful! They had infant furniture available which was convenient. The cart was a life saver toting family back n forth from the beach. One down side…. The community pool was extremely too small. If you have kids that enjoy the pool & or adults who want to decompress from the beach, you may be disappointed. Other than that, very clean, cool & beautiful condo! & anytime I needed to contact someone, they were speedy with a response :-)

Destin Family Outing

Vacationed with 11 family members. House was very clean with plenty of room. Outside of house was very plain with small patio and limited patio furniture. Community pool was very small and trio to the beach was farther than expected. Gold cart was nice but we were limited on driving it due to weather. No golf cart at night or in the rain. Overall good experience.
