This was a get place to stay. I am a hospitality professional and work my 5 Star Hotel with Marriott International. 10 out 9 due some lights light bulbs. Clean, fresh small and and white linen was spotless.

This is the first review I’ve ever written, but our stay at Bella Mar was so disappointing I feel it’s important to share. The location was good and the community pool was decent, but the house itself was unacceptable.There was a severe gnat infestation throughout the kitchen, dining room, bathrooms, couches, and even bedding. They were everywhere. We have numerous photos and videos that we wish we could include to show the reality. We couldn’t eat a meal without being swarmed and ended up rewashing bedding, towels, and clothing before leaving. We even had to go out and buy our own cleaning supplies and extra blankets just to get by.We reported the issue within 24 hours, but despite asking for no entry, a third-party exterminator entered without permission and only poured bleach down the drains. Ocean Reef staff also entered without consent to drop off Lysol, which made us feel monitored. The issue was brushed off, even though we explained how extreme it was. The bleach treatment did nothing, and the gnats remained constant in all living areas.For about 3,600 for 7 days, this property was unsanitary, unsafe, and not as advertised. What should have been a relaxing family vacation turned into a stressful experience, and we never got to enjoy the home the way we had hoped.

Bachelorette trip

This property was perfect for my bachelorette weekend. It was in a great location and only a 5-7 minute walk to the beach. The property did not supply a ton of essentials, but overall it was perfect for our girls trip. We would definitely stay there again!

the house is very nice, but you have to fix the appliances

The house is very clean, it has a good location, it needs to change some or fix the appliances, the freezer in the fridge cannot be opened or closed easily, it gets stuck, the blender does not grind well, the toaster sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't. But the most inconvenient thing was that we had to go wash our clothes at a public laundry 15 minutes away from the house because the dryer in the house didn't work. From the first day we realized that the dryer didn't work and we reported it, but They never fixed it. I talked to them 3 times and sent emails, they answered them, but they never fixed the problem with the dryer. I rented the house for a week

Our stay

Miss led on booking about pool, dishwasher didn’t work hot water in one room didn’t work when put maintains request no response was give for first 4hrs then when called to talk to someone guy on other side was super rude and and said can’t help till Monday, we were there only for Friday and Saturday night, when ask what you going to do about dishes he said we cannot compensate for non working dishwasher, firstly we didn’t ask for discount or money back and secondly he had no curtsy to say even sorry. Won’t come back here again.

Beach review

House was true to listing and very comfortable. They do need to give access to the pantry so you can store your food and have a broom/mop in case you need it. We or the maintenance person Could not get the outside lights over the gazebo to work which was disappointing because we wanted to sit outside at night. Overall a nice place.

The house was beautiful and immaculate! Every room was very spacious and beautiful. Only had an issue with gate code at check in which a resident showed us another gate to go through that was opened. The beach and pool is walking distance. Neighbors were friendly! If i could suggest 1 thing would be a golf cart! Other than that we Loved! Would definitely come back.

Loved it!

It was a beautiful place to stay for our first family trip to Miramar Beach.The house was clean, beautiful & the perfect amount of bedrooms & bathrooms for a family of 10.You did not disappoint.There were some small issues but nothing too irrelevant.Thank you for the beautiful place to stay while visiting the beautiful Miramar Beach.

Don’t use the dishes

Place was kind of dirty. Used apps rather than cable TV so watching television in the mornings or evenings was more difficult than it should be. Dishwasher was connected to the cold water supply and had mildew growing in it, very gross. There is no way for dishes to be sanitized with cold water. Rug in front of the master bedroom bed was a tripping hazard and stained to the point where it really needs to be replaced. Couches, pillows, and bedding were dirty.

Always Love the Beach

The house was nice but It wasn't cleaned well and the slip covers on couches were awful and dirty! A little farther away to the beach than description states. Would have been nice to have a golf cart for easier commute to beach.
