Perfect vacation!!

The home is lovely and well-equipped with 4 king beds and one bunk room for kids. The location is directly across from the gulf…. An easy walk. View is fantastic! Having a private pool is a big plus because the community pool would be a long walk. A few things people should know: bring a hairdryer because that was not provided. The pool alarm is very loud and required by state law. Learn how to use it and you will be fine. The home has a large kitchen and a nice grill on the deck. The garage has a few extra beach chairs and a wagon. Perhaps a bucket or two? The management company is very responsive! Lastly, we really appreciated the private beach and provided beach chair setup…. Particularly over a holiday weekend. And we could walk to restaurants, ice cream, coffee shops and parasailing! Our family of 10 loved this vacation and hope to return!

A very good week

The property was lovely and the private section of beach was very nice. You could look on either side of our section of beach and see umbrellas four deep and a mass of humanity. I have promised myself never again to go on July 4th week. The washer and dryer situation needs attention especially when one set didn’t work. The toilet seat in the “servant quarters “ bedroom was broken . The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were great. The pool was a little small for a group of 14. I guess when you pay that much (July 4 premium) you expect everything to be perfect 🤓

Worth every penny!!!

House was extremely clean, perfect location and plenty of room for our family of 10. The pool was a hit with the kids and a stones throw from the beach. We could not have asked for a better home and location. Spectacular views!!

Absolutely Beautiful!!

We have been to Destin numerous times and this house is by far the most beautiful! The views from the deck are breathtaking and our kids have said this was the best vacation ever! We will definitely be back to stay at Bella Costa!

Beautiful House

the House was beautiful. All problems were addressed within the hour. Only complaint was that the airconditioning unit inside the house is super loud. Fabulous location. Pool alarm in upstairs was a little wonky it constantly was going off regardless of pushing the button. This didn't bother us though as it would shut off just sometimes took an extra step. The one downstairs worked perfect so maybe something with that one.

Excellent home!

It’s a great location! Very easy to get back & forth to the beach. Gorgeous water & ocean is clear! There is an umbrella & chair company that will get you what you need daily. The house had quite a few beach chairs & a wagon we used, so that was nice. The pool at the house is great for cooling down & if some in your group doesn’t love the beach. You can sometimes see Dolphins in the morning from the patio! This was perfect for a large group we had 4 couples & kids. You can walk to Pompano Joes for dinner/lunch/drinks. They have half hour specials on the beach too which was fun! One morning walk to Bad Ass coffee it was awesome! We recommend Acme Oyster house amazing oysters & food all around. Plus for Sushi we highly recommend Shan Kishi. They were so nice & easily sat our large group plus it was excellent all around. Try the pacific roll!! This location is an easy car ride to Winn Dixie & CVS too! We will definitely be back to Bella Costa they were so nice & accommodating & easy to work with. Thank you!!

Our favorites things at Bella Costa were the showers, comfortable beds, the gorgeous view and being so close to the beach. My grandchildren LOVED the swimming pool, we were in it everyday. The bunk bed room was a hit! Very well insulated home, can't hear most ouside noises. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great house! Great location! All of our expectations were met.

We spent a week at Bella Costa with 3 families. All of our expectations were met. The location was great with amazing views. We had plenty of room for 5 adults and 7 teenagers. The pool is small, but great for an afternoon float. We found many pool floats in the garage. We would definitely come back!

Bella Costa was a wonderful house. We recently stayed for an entire week and enjoyed every minute of it. It's a perfect house for entertainng. I would recommend this house and the rental company to anyone!
