This place was perfect for our family! Everyone had their own space and privacy. We enjoyed being close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Our youngest members of the group are 20, 22, and 23, and they had a blast!

We come to Destin every year, and our normal property was closed for renovations this year. We booked at St. Tropez, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The home is gorgeous and spacious. The neighborhood is clean and convenient. The pool was amazing. We had a wonderful time, and we’d absolutely stay there again!

This property was a great place to stay. The location is perfect with quick access to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. It was clean, had good amenities, and was just an overall A vacation rental. We’re looking forward to a return trip in the future!

Very nice property. Great location in Miramar Beach. Please note that the property is advertised as pet friendly but there is an additional fee of 175 plus tax for cleaning unless your pet doesn’t shed any hair. Very responsive and respectful management group.

This 3-story house in the gated St. Tropez community was an excellent choice for our 2-week vacation. The home is located just a short walk from the beach and pool, and the owner provided chairs, a tent and buggy to carry our belongings. The first floor featured an open concept living area with a well-equipped kitchen, dining space, laundry room, bathroom and comfortable living room. There was a small outdoor space with a gas grill which we used frequently. The second floor had 2 nice sized bedrooms with balconies, a bunk room and 2 bathrooms. The third floor had a master suite with a large bathroom and private balcony. Overall, the house provided a safe, comfortable, relaxing atmosphere for our family. Would definitely recommend!

It was a great place and great location. The gate was broke the entire time we were there so it wasn’t locked. With being the first house there was a lot of traffic and we noticed a lot were not living or staying on the properties because it became a turnaround.

This house is perfect!! I’ve stayed in another house on this street 10 years ago and it was one of my favorite vacations. So glad I was able to return and it was still one of the best. Great pool, clean home and the beach is absolutely gorgeous. We will be back!!

This property was amazing! Wonderful, well equiped house; great location convenient to everything. However, the view from 3rd floor & queen room was not what was described. There was a very small peekaboo view of the ocean between buildings on 3rd floor.

The place was very nice. Check in process was very smooth. We had an initial issue with the key code, but the host answered the phone unmediated and rectified the issue. Communication was best in class. Proximity to the beach was great. We enjoyed our stay.

This house was amazing, accommodating, comfy, and wonderful amenities. We enjoyed all of the space to relax, eat, swim, and the quick walk to the beach! It was furnished well and the management was very helpful with whatever we needed! Great location with plenty of things to do nearby. We highly recommend!

This house did the job. We had 12 people with us. We had enough space to chill and enough areas to sleep. It was nice but the pics make this house look a lot bigger and more luxurious than it is. The front door has a code to unlock but it doesn’t open most of the time. We could not use the grill, needs a good cleaning, it had a lot of roaches crawling out if it. Across the street is a beach access but it is NOT private as the description says. There are three rows of hotel beach chairs and you can not set up in front of them. The pool and hot tub are great but the hot tub did not work 2 days out of our stay. Parking is tight, we managed to fit 3 cars in the driveway. Overall the house was ok. Destin is beautiful and we had a great time.

Great time overall! The house has a great layout to allow for family time/games downstairs without disturbing those sleeping upstairs. The kitchen was well stocked and they even had a laundry basket in the closets, which I didn't realize would be so useful but was a great touch. Initially I was a little disappointed that the property is across the street from the beach instead of right on it but honestly it wasn't a problem, even with kids 5-6 years old. Added bonus: the pool/hot tub was never crowded and the sidewalks are nice and wide to walk to stores/restaurants. We parked the first day and didn't need the car again until checkout. Definitely recommend.
