The house itself was nice, however it is not close to the beach. The listing states the house does not come with a golf cart, but we were told we could rent one and it would be delivered. We were given the name of the rental place that would give us 10% discount. This was told to me before we booked. I didn’t rent it early because I was not sure how far the beach was. The listing says a 3 minute walk. Once we arrived and realized the beach was at least a 15 minute walk we decided to rent a golf cart. I contacted the rental place only to find out they don’t service the address we were staying at. I reached out to VRBO and was told they were sorry for the miscommunication. I requested a refund so we could move to a location closer to the beach and was told the property manager would not refund me. I understand the refund policy but this was rented to me with false information and I feel they should have made an exception. Just beware that golf carts are not rentable for this house. Book one that has it included. If you don’t mind loading your vehicle each day to go to the beach this house would work for you. We had a baby with us and not being able to walk back and forth to the beach or at least have a golf cart was very inconvenient for us. We will not rent this place again.
