House was very comfortable and family friendly...pool was amazing and very well kept, and was used several times each day. Only negatives were living room couches were not comfortable, and floors were not as clean as we would have liked...it looked like they had been cleaned with dirty water, particularly the in law suite, and by the end of the day, the kid's socks were black from the residue left behind. Overall, our stay was terrific, and helped make our family vacation amazing!!

Enjoyed my stay! House is very open, garage could easily fit two cars, and the pool area with grill was awesome. Kitchen was a bit small but still took care of our needs. The sunroom had a a funny smell. Overall I will come back!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The property worked out well for us with the way it is set up. Having the separate but attached space across the garage was helpful for our family. We had hoped the beach access was a little closer, but it was not hard to get to. Overall, we would recommend & we would come back again.

Bathrooms need update...shower door on wrong , all toilet paper holders broke, stove terrible

Definitely older home and needs some tlc...bathroom in master has shower doors installed wrong, has no bars to get in or out of bath, new stove needed, no rails to get in or out of pool, outdoor patio lite broke, towel bar broke, poor wifi in in-law suite and tv in bunk bed area wouldn't connect to internet, bunk beds were unstable, garage light not working etc, etc. we made it work but wont recommend.

Wonderful family vacation

This house was perfect for the Ten of us. The attached sleeping quarters was perfect for our son, wife, and 10, and 8 year old. Master suite was spacious with lots of storage, Our Daughter, husband, 4yr old and 2yr old had the Two other B/R and bath. We did bring a pack and play for the 2yr old. Kids enjoyed playing in Florida room even without A/C. Wi-Fi was a bit stained with all using it. The private Beach was wonderful and close, and much less crowded then the other beaches. The pool was the best ever, it was large enough with lots of pool toys.the depth ranged from approximately 2.5 to 5ft. Would highly recommend this place for a large group.

2024 Senior Trip/Family Vacation

Very beautiful, spacious home. We loved getting in the pool for a relaxing day during the trip. Definitely would recommend the location with it being so close to so many restaurants, shops, and things to do with the kids. Beach access was perfect as well!

Beach Sanctuary was perfect week away with family

The private pool was amazing to swim everyday with the kids. The beach was just a short walk everyday and the private beach was really nice. We enjoyed the space and it was perfect for our family and our daughters family too. Everyone had a great time. We enjoyed eating together at the big table and then everyone still had a separate space. It is just the right distance from Destin. The only changes I would make would be two fobs for beach access for two families and families with teenagers.Also, the separate in law suite needs an additional air conditioning unit, the boys were too hot to sleep and we did bring a fan which made it tolerable. Additionally, a golf cart would be a luxury addition. Very clean and great neighborhood! We hope to return.

Birthday Beach Bash

This home is comfortable, not fancy. It is spacious & offers plenty of room for multiple families. The private beach access is a wonderful perk as we could see how crowded all of the others beach areas were. The private pool was also a plus. The AC works great which is essential this time of year. Sadly, the pool was never clean except right after the pool guy left. My suggestion is to trim the tree that is blamed for the mess in the pool. I would also suggest that they go to the Dollar General & buy some hand soap instead of putting water in nearly empty soap bottles. Being able to wash our hands was something we didn’t think would be an issue. Fortunately, I brought my own soap (& trash bags). A decent ironing board & a cookie sheet would make for a well appointed rental.

Great getaway!

We had a great experience with this house. Plenty of room for all 10 of us. The private pool was very clean and we used it every day, as the beach/ ocean was a bit too rough our week for a toddler. We found all the dishes we needed to cook all of our meals. Linens were clean and in great shape/ quality. Host was very responsive to any needs, not that we had many. House was very private, short walk or drive to the private beach. We would definitely recommend.

Great location

We loved the location, private beach and pool. House was spacious for the 8 of us. House furnishings were outdated. All beds were uncomfortable. Communication with property mgr was spot on. Pool was very clean. All in all we made wonderful memories.

Spring break

Loved having the private pool but it is not heated and cold! Master bedroom mattress was way too soft. Only 5 forks in the kitchen. Overall I would recommend!!!

Spacious house with a great location

Our stay was great! The house had plenty of space for myself, my husband, my mother and my 4 kids (1, 2, 9 and 13). We actually ended up having an unused bedroom because my older girls decided to stay in the same room. The pool was very clean and it was serviced twice during our stay (regular maintenance, not for issues) it was a little cold, so a heating option would have been great! We cooked breakfast everyday and dinner a few times, there were lots of pots, pans and other dishes. The beds ij their part of the house were all comfortable, but the bed in the in law suite could use a new mattress. The walk to the beach wasn't too far, I do suggest renting a golf cart though if you have a lot to carry. There is a beach wagon in the garage for you to use but since I have 2 babies, we had a lot to take with us. The only bad thing about the beach is you are not allowed to use canopies or "pop up" tents. Otherwise it's perfect! It wasn't busy at all, it was very clean, there is a shower and foot rinse area for you to rinse off on the way off of the beach. It was a great stay and we are already planning our next trip!

Spacious House with Unground Pool

The house was spacious and had a lot of rooms. It was kind of outdated a bit in some areas. One of the rooms wasn't really for anything but it was the room right before you walk out to the backyard it smelled kind of bad. The rest of the house smelled good. Was really strong fragrance smell when we walked in. No golf cart as said they would have on the papers left on the table. They left a couple dishwasher tablets which was helpful and the place had dishes we could use. The cable was Cox it was just okay not many channels and the internet didn't work very good. There was an inground pool with a gate around it which was nice we enjoyed that alot. Most of the floaties we blew up had holes and would not stay inflated there were a few we used that were good. Overall it was a good stay and we enjoyed the house.

You get what you pay for

The property manager is incredibly responsive and it has a lot of room. The AC is cold and the small private pool is a nice bonus. Sadly, the place is dated and worn out. The beds and couches are beyond trash at this point. The sunroom would be wonderful if any of the windows actually opened. Everything is rickety and squeaky if not outright broken. Supplying a golf cart and garage door opener for use would be wonderful as well.
