Everything was good, had issue with tv but reconciled in timely manner. Only thing missing was salt and pepper and a flipper spatula. The porch is the bomb!!! Will rent this property again.

Overall great vacation

We had issues the first day getting signed into the WiFi. The information on the app was incorrect. We also had some difficulty and delay in getting assistance with the WiFi issue. The house is perfect for family. We brought elderly parents with us and it was nice to have master suites on both the first and second floor. Plenty of space to be comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with what we needed to cook meals. The furniture is a little old in the living room and the carpet in the house is worn. The location is great. A short ride to Baytowne Wharf and Publix. Love having the golf cart! Overall we had a great trip and would stay here again!

Beautiful house and location

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this property. It had everything you needed!! When they say all you need to bring is Sunscreen and Beach Towels, that’s all you need. Everything else is provided! We will be staying again!

Great Location

The space in this house was perfect for our family. Grandparents had privacy upstairs and the 2 bedrooms downstairs were comfortable for the rest of us. We could walk to pool and take green golf cart to the beach and Baytown. We had a great time would stay again.

"Short getaway to the beach.

We enjoyed the property and would book again. There was a strange smell when we first entered the house. We determined it was from the fridge and smelled like fish or seafood. WE sprayed air freshener and it went away after a short while. Liked the convenience of the Golf cart especially.

Awesome Cottage

This location was beautiful it was immaculately clean. The location was near the pool with a beautiful sunset view including night time fireworks show. Check-in with easy access was, the golf cart was available and very useful on the property. We where in quick distance to access the beach with the cart. My stay here was wonderful I would stay here again and recommended to all my friends and family. Thank you!

Perfect getaway for the holidays

We loved the location of this home and the size of the bedrooms with 2 king beds and one with two twin beds. The home was perfect for our family getaway. It was close to everything: the pool, shopping, grocery store and even close enough to walk or ride bikes to the beach!

Labor Day Holiday

Perfect getaway with my parents ( early 80s) and my kids. Relaxing atmosphere that offers plenty of entertaining options nearby. My son and Dad enjoyed a deep fishing excursion while me, Mom , and my daughter enjoyed shopping at the nearby outlet and Baytowne Wharf.

Everything was perfect. The only thing that I can add is basic cooking items would be nice. We asked too check in a little early because we were flying in early but they charged us for half a day of rental fees and the WiFi was not good at all. Otherwise beautiful home. Wonderful Home

We loved this house and location so much. My favorite spot in the house was the screened in back porch, so quiet and relaxing and watching the sunset through the trees beyond the bay was magical. I was super disappointed that the Golf Cart was not working, and that was a big issue because we needed it for my parents. It was a big reason we chose the house. That was really a bummer. Other than that our stay was perfect!

Beautiful Home!

This was a last minute vacation for my family of 4 before we send out daughter off to college. So glad we found this property! It is a beautiful home, very clean and spacious. It has a lovely covered patio with a wonderful view of nature and the marina in the distance. It has everything you need for the beach. We loved the golf cart, except it broke down day 2. The office was quick to respond and get someone out, however, they could not get it fixed during our stay. We were bummed about not having it, but luckily we had our bikes. Great access to restaurants, ice cream shops, shopping, the bay side and the beach, all by bike or golf cart. We had a wonderful time and great family memories made!

Perfect for our family of 5!

We really liked this property. It was perfect for our family of 5. The only complaint I have and it isn't really a complaint but the rug in the living room is very uncomfortable. It hurts to walk or sit on. But other than that we loved this property. The pool is very nice and huge. We would definitely stay in this property again!

Great house

Our family of six stayed here for our spring break this year. We were really happy at how well the house was taken care of. It was very clean when we arrived. We had more than enough sleeping space and bathrooms and the four kids enjoyed trading rooms every night. I enjoyed waking up in the morning to the views. The location is great! It didn’t feel like a far ride to go to the beach or to Baytown Wharf, which was also a lot of fun for the kids. My husband and my sons golfed twice while we were there also. The golf cart was great to have! We were fortunate enough to have wonderful weather, and if that could be guaranteed every spring break, we will for sure come back every year!
