We absolutely love vacationing in the Sandestin Resort area and this trip was one of the best so far for our family of four. This condo was beautiful, nicely renovated, so spacious and had everything we needed and more! We loved our daily adventures via the golf cart to the beach, to Grand Blvd for groceries, coffee and/or ice cream and to Baytown Wharf at night for dinner and fun. The owner, Traci, keeps her condo pristine and has thought of all the extra things to make a stay cozy and comfortable. She was also very quick to respond. Wish we could’ve stayed longer but we’ll be back soon!

Awesome place to stay!! Traci was fantastic with communicating and helped with anything we needed. Beautiful home, fully furnished, offers anything you could possibly need for beach fun or anything you might have forgot to pack! Would rent again for sure!

Family friendly

This location was amazing. We have been to the San Destin in the past and this property was great. Very family friendly they even included a pack and play, a baby chair and a bath seat. We loved all the items they included as well like beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach toys. Very friendly owners as well. 10/10!

The place was perfect for our family. What I was impressed with was the stock of things that most rentals don’t have. For example- trash bags, toilet paper, laundry detergent, spices and ziplock bags. The location and golf cart was perfect

Great for myself and my boys!

First time in this area and this house was perfect! The house had literally everything we could think of we could need even down to box fans for white noise at night Traci was wonderful and we even booked an additional night as we weren’t ready to go home!

Beautiful and cozy townhome

We come to Destin twice a year and love to stay at Baytowne because we travel with 6 kids Beautiful space and lovely finishes. Recommend a rug to help with reducing noise and echoes. The kids seemed so loud in the open common space ! Golfcart was great once we figured out to flip it from turtle mode to rabbit mode. Nosy neighbor reported our vehicles within hours of being there. She could’ve mentioned it to us outside while she was trying to tell us how to drive and move the golfcart… our kids would go outside to take trash out or she would hear us getting ready to leave and she would pop on out to her porch with her do to watch our every move or pretend to sweep her rug for the 5th time while she watched us load and unload. However Great location and fun place to be and enjoy ! You don’t have to have a beach view to enjoy the beach and family time

Perfect stay in Destin

Our family lived everything about our stay. It was one of the cleanest units we have been to in Destin. The location to all of the activities the kids like to do is great. Close cart ride to the beach. The communication was very good. Highly recommend. I hope we can get back this Winter.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. It was so convenient that they offer beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. This condo is centrally located to all the main attractions. It was not more than 5-6 min golf cart drive to the beach, shops, Publix, or the wharf. We had kids ranging from 7-16yo and they all had a great time at the resort. The biggest downside to this resort is the beach. It was so crowded you literally couldn’t even find a square of sand to sit. With the privatization of the beaches, I was hoping to stay at a place with a private beach so we didn’t have to deal with the crowded public 30A beaches so that was disappointing. They do have rental chairs but don’t bother because they let everyone sit in front of them. Unless you rent through Sandestin direct, you cannot drop your kids/stuff at the beach and have to park in the “non-preferred parking “. It was a haul from the parking to the beach. Resort itself it’s fairly old but the grounds are well maintained and pretty.

The most perfect latitude adjustment!

I recently had the pleasure of staying here during my family's trip to the beautiful Florida beach. I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. First and foremost, the location of the property was perfect. We were delighted to find that the VRBO was situated near the stunning Warftown Bay, allowing us to partake in a multitude of exciting activities. Whether it was kayaking, paddleboarding, or simply enjoying a leisurely stroll along the bay, there was never a dull moment. The proximity to such a picturesque spot truly enhanced our vacation. Additionally, the beach access was outstanding. With just a short walk, we found ourselves sinking our toes into the soft, powdery sand and basking in the warm Florida sunshine. The convenience of having the beach so close by made our days even more enjoyable, allowing us to easily take breaks and return to the comfort of our rental. Speaking of comfort, the cleanliness of the house was impeccable. As soon as we stepped inside, we were greeted by a spotless and well-maintained space. The attention to detail was evident in every room, from the fresh linens to the sparkling bathrooms. It was evident that the owners take great pride in ensuring their guests have a clean and inviting environment to relax in. Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of the fantastic location, beach access, and cleanliness of the house made for a truly memorable stay.

Relaxation and Fun

This condo is perfect! The location is a quick golf cart ride to the beach yet far enough away to enjoy quiet time after a day on the water. It is conveniently located near the other Sandestin attractions like the golf couse and the Warf! The screened in patio is super nice to enjoy early mornings and evenings overlooking the lake. We enjoyed the extra space in the bedrooms and my younger son loved the bunks. The condo is well-equipped with everything you need. We were pleasantly suprised to see they even had a box fan, which we usually have to bring with us! There were plenty of beach towels and having a full size washer and dryer was perfect! There are also plenty of nice beach chairs if you forget to bring your own! It was easy to communicate the times we did have a question. We will definitely look to stay here the next time we head to the beach!

Amazing Place to Stay

We loved our stay at latitude adjustment. Super clean and cozy. The bed was the most comfortable if have stayed away from home. Having a few things stocked in kitchen and laundry made a stay a little easier. Hopefully will stay there again soon. Thanks for sharing your wonderful place with us.

Perfect House !!

We had a group of 4 adults and 6 children ranging from 3-15 and we all had a great time on the resort. The house was perfect size for all of us and had everything we needed including a golf cart ! The heated pools were amazing as well. We loved this resort and are planning to come back next year. The property manager was easy to work with and super helpful with all our questions.

Completely blown away by house!

Our family was looking forward to a wonderful stay at the Sandestin Resort and were not disappointed with our stay. In fact, we were blown away by the beautiful home and perfect location. The pictures do not do it justice! The home was clean, very well decorated, comfortable, and close to everything. The view of the golf course from the backyard was very relaxing and only enhanced the stay. When we needed to travel, we jumped into the 6-seater golf cart and were off! Will be back to Sandestin and will surely stay in the same house!
