Wonderful Beach House

The house is well equipped & very comfortable. The back porch looks over a pond and fairway....a wonderful place to enjoy coffee, a game of checkers and just relax. The hosts supplies fishing poles, 2 golf carts, 4 bikes and enough TV channels for all ages and programming. We loved riding the bikes thru the neighborhoods...driving the golf carts to the beach, to the bay to catch the sunsets and on Tuesday there are fireworks ...The hosts, Mark & Cindy, are exceptional in every way; friendly, great communicators and available via text, email or phone call.Their home is special. It's located in Laurel Grove. Upon arrival the neighbors came to say hello. The pool and gym are within walking distance, and there is convenient extra parking as well. We had a really special week. Our grandkids love coming to San Destin every summer. Its become a family tradition.

Great outdoor space & Clean

We enjoyed this beautiful home, two golf carts, being on the water, and the porches. This home is very clean, has good bikes and amenities. We’ve been to SanDestin 4 times and this is our favorite rental so far! Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful!

Absolutely loved it here! One of the best beach trips we’ve ever taken as a family. Would love to go back! Mark was extremely helpful as a host for everything we could’ve needed.

Wonderful property / location

Our family of 8 was very impressed. House is so nice and very well decorated. Location of the property is amazing...so close to both beach and bay and shopping center...only a fun golf cart ride to everything...2 golf carts are included in your stay. Owner contacted us after we had been there a couple of days and asked if everything was good - that was so thoughtful!

Perfect Long Weekend

We loved our long weekend stay. Everything was as described in the listing, but better. The owners were only a text message away to answer any questions. We have been vacationing in Sandestin for many years, but this was our first time in Lakeside. We hope to stay again in the future. ❤️⛱️🌤️

Seamless and Enjoyable!

Our family did a last minute trip to the Beach before getting ready for school and Mark made this easy and enjoyable! His communication to making sure we were enjoying all the house and the community had to offer was extremely nice and considerate. The golf carts made it easy to get around the community, shopping and the beach! (The large dining room table came in handy for nightly card games!)

We had the best time at this amazing house. Everything was perfect. The host was amazing. He was so helpful and answered immediately. It was perfect having two golf carts. Can’t wait to come back! My grandkids had a blast!

Peaceful relaxing location

Tuckamore Cottage is a superb location to spend a relaxing week enjoying Sandestin Golf and Beach resort. The cottage was very clean, well decorated, and comfortable for our family. We enjoyed the waterfront location and back porch especially. The golf carts made the trips to the grocery store, beach, beach, and Baytown wharf convenient and very enjoyable. We plan to return next year.

Great Place!

We had a great stay at the cottage. We enjoyed the golf carts, bikes, swimming pool, and convenience of the wharf and beach. Everything was clean and in great working order. The beds were comfortable and the layout was perfect for us. This place is highly recommended.

Perfect place

Lovely place. We really enjoyed relaxing and sitting on the serene back porch by the pond watching turtles and fish jump. Nice friendly neighbors as well. Would definitely rent this gem again.

Beautiful Home, Fantastic Location

We loved our stay here. The kitchen has everything needed, we used the grill often, beds were comfy, great pillow options. My 4 boys loved fishing on the pond, and that they didn’t need to share a bed. The close proximity to the Wharf, shopping, restaurants and move theater was wonderful. We also really enjoyed being close to three very nice golf courses. I felt like there was something to do for each of the different interests in our group.

Beautiful home and views!

We loved this beautiful home on the 18th hole. We are a family of golfers and loved watching people golf everyday. Home is beautiful and has everything you need. Host was very helpful every time we had a question.

Laurel Grove

The property was in a perfect location with easy access by golf cart to the pool, dining and the beach. The kids enjoyed feeding the turtles, fishing and riding bikes on the bike trails in the community. The house had everything needed from fishing rods, beach toys, chairs, and rafts for our family to enjoy. Mark and Cindy were very responsive with any questions and hope to rent again. 10/10

Summer vacation

We loved everything about our stay in Sandestin. The house was perfect for our family. I loved how the house was decorated and so clean on our arrival! The location in the resort was perfect and having the go carts was so much fun for the entire family. Mark was so responsive to all my questions and gabe great recommendations of restaurants and this to do! We definitely hope to come back again and would definitely stay here again

Location great, bedding not so great

We loved the location and the fact that there were golf carts that we could take to many shops in different places. Mark and Cindy were very kind when we had trouble. We did have a few problems. The bedding was not comfortable. The sheets were all pilled up. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. They did tell us where to find more sheets. The door lock combination did not work so when we separated with our party we always had to organize who had the key and who would be home. That was very inconvenient. By the end of the day the children’s feet were black from going barefoot in the house. The rug in the master bathroom was soiled and not very appealing. It was a yellow rug. Other than those things, we enjoyed the location and the beauty of the surrounding area. We enjoyed sitting on both the front and the back porch. The kitchen had everything we needed. The convenience of all the bathrooms was great too. Overall we did enjoy our stay.
