Gorgeous views

We enjoyed Nancy’s townhouse. It was very quiet, clean and comfortable. The view from the patio is breathtaking. We enjoyed watching the thunderstorms, golfers, ducks, turtles, fish and birds from the deck. We rented the golf cart and enjoyed cruising Sandestin in it. Overall, this was a great stay. I will say the pillows were a little flat for my liking and there were no USB plug ins for devices (only regular plugins for charger blocks). Nancy does recommend spraying near doorways and around eves before going in/out. Given that it rains briefly every afternoon and you are next to a small lake, there are a lot of fruit flys, mosquitoes etc. The spraying helps a lot.

Absolutely Beautiful

Everything about this property was beautiful! The recently renovated townhouse offers everything, including absolutely beautiful views of the golf course and the Choctawhatchee Bay. The dock was a wonderful place to take in the views and to watch area wildlife. The golf cart was amazing!! We enjoyed riding it around the resort listening to music and enjoying all of the amenities Sandestin has to offer! Our family highly recommends this 5 Star property! Thank you Nancy for your communication about our stay and for offering such a comfortable home away from home.

Wonderful property!

We had a great stay at this property. It was clean, updated and comfortable. The deck was fantastic and we saw lots of turtles and ducks. Fishing off the deck was enjoyable as well.

Absolute dream of a rental

This house is a gem!

Nancy is so organized and thorough. Before even arriving she had every detail about the house and area for us. Check in was easy and Nancy was kind to make sure everything was as expected. The house has everything you could need to cook and enjoy the beach for the week. Our boys lost count of the fish caught this week. The house is so nice, the views are great and you can even see the Tuesday night fireworks. Loved our week here!!

Absolutely perfect

If I could give the place 10 stars I would. This is our second trip to Destin and we learned a lot from our last trip. This place isn’t in the thick of the crowded part—it’s on a nice fairway near the bay, which was quiet and gorgeous. We spent a lot of time watching the sunsets, having drinks on the patio and fishing off the pier. My son, 8 years old, caught 3 fish! All of us fit perfectly. It was two adults, 3 kids (13, 12 and 8). My husband and I took the main floor bedroom and bathroom. The kids took the loft and upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Having them on their own floor was ideal for everyone! We rented the 6-seater golf cart which was great for shopping trips to the pools, Publix/grand avenue and to Baytown wharf. However, I highly recommend renting a car too. It enabled us to go to the state park beaches (Topsail and Grayton), which were gorgeous and WAY less crowded. If your speed is crowded beaches near restaurants, you’ll have that too, but our speed was cooler lunches and less crowds. Our host was fantastic! Gave us an early check in, was responsive to questions and gave us amazing recommendations for the parks. Overall, the trip was incredible and you will not be disappointed with this rental!

Beautiful house!

This is a beautiful house with an amazing view. My son loved fishing in the ponds and caught several nice bass. Kitchen is well stocked and gas grill on back deck. Great place for family with teens. Nancy was great sending information about the area and beach. Make sure to rent the golf cart! It made everything so much easier to get around the Sandestin community and beach. We would definitely stay here again.

VRBO in Sandestin resort

The host Nancy was easy to communicate with via email. She supplied all the info needed for easy check in and out. The property and pictures were just as described. Back deck was awesome and looked over the lake, golf course, and the bay. Views were beautiful. My 11 year old grandson spent most of his time fishing off of the pier over the lake and caught 3 Crappie. The golf cart was a blast and a must! Home was stocked with everything you could think of and needed: beach umbrellas, chairs, and coolers. We come to this Florida area for vacation 1-2 times a year. This was one of our most enjoyable vacations.

Fantastic at Fairways

Beautiful villa with a million dollar view!! Had lots of fun watching the golfers hitting golf balls into the pond!! Fish were caught; fun was had!! The only disappointment was the golf cart! We paid extra for it’s use. It was old and difficult to drive! Thank you Nancy for providing us with a comfy “home away from home”!!

Family vacation to Sandestin

This was our first time staying in Sandestin. The location of the property was great and the home was very clean and updated. The sunsets from the pier were beautiful. The kids really enjoyed fishing from the pier daily and looking at all the wildlife. The townhome was just a quick golf cart ride to the beach and Baytowne. Everything was easily accessible with the golf cart. Firework night in Baytowne is a must. Nancy went above and beyond as a host and was very informative. She provided us maps, restaurants and things to do during our stay. We would definitely book this property again!

Beautiful property, beautiful bay view, wonderful stay!

We have stayed in multiple Sandestin properties over the years, and this was by far our favorite! It was quiet, peaceful, and very relaxing with all the amenities for a perfect vacation. We received lots of helpful info from Nancy ahead of our trip, and she was very responsive to questions we had during our stay. Rent the golf cart - it makes it so much easier to get around the resort!

A wonderful condo with exceptional hostess

Our trip started and ended great. We had excellent communication with Nancy. I believe she went beyond what anyone would do to ensure our trip was successful. She answered several calls from my Wife during our trip and made sure we were at ease. Saturday to Saturday was fun-filled and packed with activities. We had pool days at different pools. We had beach days at the owners' beach. We saw the sunrise, set almost daily, and even caught lightning storms. We visited lip-smackers, hammerheads, The Marina Bar & Grill, La Cameria, Parlor Doughnuts, and golfed on The Linx. One time we left the resort to take the kiddos putt-putting at Rainforest. In the mornings we would stroll down to the Sunset Cafe and have brunch. Whenever we were back at the condo we sat up the back porch, turn on the fan and watched the golfers T off of the 7th hole. The best part is Nancy has a set of binoculars that really allows you to see the swings and distances like your standing next to them. Our 5 YO daughter thought they were the best and called all the golfers GRAMPS all week. It was great! Everything in the resort is easy to get to with the 6-person golf cart. There is so much wildlife here too! We had a great time and will be back!

Great Getaway!

The property was exactly as expected. The owner was kind, knowledgeable of the area, and helpful. We enjoyed being on the golf course and fishing off the dock. This was our first time staying on the bayside and we loved the peacefulness of this area. The golf cart made beach trips a breeze.

Wonderful condo in Sandestin!

My family stayed at this condo in Sandestin and cannot say enough great things about our trip! It was our first time in the area, and we are so happy we chose this condo. Location is great in Sandestin and easy driving around the resort in the golf cart. All you could want is right there from shopping, restaurants, and the grocery store. Other beaches and other shopping are just a quick car ride away if you chose to leave the resort. The condo is in a great location, it looks as advertised, and lots of space for our family of 4. The views to the bay are amazing, can see the sunrise and sunset out all of the many windows. The deck is great and kept my family entertained with fishing all evening long! Nancy is a fantastic host and communicated ahead of time to prepare us well not only for check in and what to bring/not bring based on what she had at the condo but also gave us tons of useful info on the areas to explore. She really went above and beyond! We can’t wait to go back!

Excellent late summer getaway

We planned this trip somewhat last minute and then due to some changes in our sons schedule, he snd my husband could not make it. I came a few days late and Nancy was very accommodating and offered an extended stay. She was very responsive when I had questions about the unit once I did arrive and offered excellent suggestions to avoid crowds, for dinner and activities. The unit was clean and comfortable and very well stocked. The chairs/floats provided were used daily as was the golf cart. Would definitely stay again!
