We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Being right next to the beach was such a great bonus, and the pool was amazing. We didn’t realize ahead of time that there was an extra fee to heat the pool and hot tub, but once we figured things out, everything went smoothly.There were a few minor issues, but they were resolved quickly. I’m just noting things like a few scratches here and there for my own reference. One thing to mention—there weren’t any instructions on how to use the elevator. It’s pretty simple once you figure it out, but just remember to close both the gate and the door when getting on and off. And trust me, you’ll want to use the elevatorWe could not lock the back patio doors 1st floor which connects to the pool gate, game room, and movie theater which made us feel a little uneasy . One thing that stood out was the pool maintenance. The pool technician would come by each morning and enter through the gate, which felt a bit unexpected—especially with kids around. While we understand maintenance is necessary, it did feel a little unusual having someone come in unannounced while we were there. That said, the house itself was absolutely beautiful. The elevator was a great bonus, and the kids loved every part of the home. The master bedroom on our 3rd floor was perfect and I enjoyed it with the balcony view to the beach , and the kitchen was stunning.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back!
