Thanksgiving away from home

This property was perfect for our family. We truly enjoyed our stay as we spent most of it in the townhouse. The owner provided all the basic necessities and more. This place was incredibly clean and well decorated. We even received a welcome card and placements for the Thanksgiving holiday. The elder family members had challenges with the stairs but it didn’t stop us from Al coming together in the family room each evening. Our only negative is that the owners had the thermostat locked so we couldn’t make any adjustments without calling for it to be unlocked. The good thing is they responded quickly and unlocked it. Al in all, we definitely recommend this property and would stay again.

Perfect Getaway Location!!!

Within walking distance to beach, but due to no side walks we decided to drive the 2 minutes! House came with an awesome wagon, beach chairs and inflatable tubes to use at the beach!! It was very clean and well stocked with cooking utensils. I recommend bringing extra toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags— you’re given one for each room at check in. Overall perfect spot for a fun bachelorette trip!

Acres Away is the place to Stay!!

The home is gorgeous and very spacious. It is walking distance to the beach and close to stores, restaurants and shopping. My family really enjoyed our stay. If I have to list a complaint it would be that the WI-FI was very spotty. We reach out to maintenance he provided a temporary fix but it didn’t last long. However, it don’t stop us from enjoying Destin. To be honest it was good for us, because we really got to unplug from work. This home does not disappoint!!

Plenty of space. There were 11 of us and we never felt cramped. The master bath is out of this world. Walk to the beach was reasonable. We pulled a wagon with our tent. Public parking at beach so if you’re early, it’s a breeze to drive and park

Wonderful experience

This house was beautiful! Very clean and looked just like the listed pictures. A short walk to the beach and located at a perfect spot for going to either the boardwalk or Baytowne Wharf. Would 100% recommend.

Beautiful and Comfortable House

The house looks just as good as the pictures. All the beds and sitting areas were super comfortable. The beach was a very manageable walk away and it was gorgeous. I traveled with my 2 daughters (6 and 8), husband, parents, 2 teenage nephews, 1 teenage niece and my brother. The house was more than spacious enough for all of us. We all very much enjoyed our stay.

Great condo terrible location

The condo was spacious, beautifully decorated and clean. The description of location in distance is pretty accurate but it is not an easy walk lugging beach chairs, tents, Coolers, etc. The closest beach access is VERY busy. There is very limited parking at the beach access which is very much needed due to how far away the condo is. Overall our stay was nice and I don't have anything bad to say about the condo itself except for the location.

Nice Vacation Home

This home was very nice and it was clean. The owners left snacks and check in was easy. They had games that the family could play. The location of the townhome was relatively close to the breach. We really enjoyed our stay!

Exceeded Expectations / Great home away from home

This property was truly a hidden gem!! My entire family raved about how beautifully decorated and spotless the condo was. It was well stocked with everything we needed and the owner even left little holiday goodies and extra treats for us. The welcome basket (wine, cheese, summer sausage, and handwritten note) was an awesome touch that meant so much to all of us! The condo was just a 5 minute walk from the beautiful white sandy beach and a close 5 minute drive from all of the shopping areas and eateries. This was my families first time to Destin, and we spent our Christmas holiday here and the property owners went out of their way to put up a small tree and lights and decorations and even left gifts for our smaller children. There were 14 of us in total and we all had more than enough room and space to move about comfortably. It's very spacious and modern and the master bathroom is like a honeymoon suite. :-) The pictures don't do it enough justice. There is even an outside grill. What more could you ask for? We are already looking into booking to go back for Spring Break!! Great property!!

BEWARE. This is a townhouse with thin walls shared with units this company has no control over.

While this is a beautiful, spacious and clean unit, we were unable to sleep due to the renters in the unit next door. They played loud music, slammed into walls, vomited, yelled and cursed constantly until after 4:00am. There were 6 vehicles of adults parked along the common drive blocking it with their opened doors. Our 17 mo. old granddaughter was awoken from her sleep and terrified by what she heard. It was so loud, so vulgar and so constant from every room that we were unable to console her. Our son and his family had to pack their things and leave at 3:00am to find a place to sleep as we had an expensive family portrait session scheduled for the next day. They did not return to the rental and we are heartbroken over our missed time with them. We were afraid to confront the people or call the police out of fear of retaliation by these violent, nasty individuals when they discovered who reported them. Our long anticipated family weekend was ruined. The rental company responded to my email that I should have called the maintenance number but we were clearly instructed not to contact them for non-maintenance issues. Since the problem was not with our unit, I quickly replied to their email directing us to let them know if there was anything we needed during our stay. I received a response the following Monday apologizing for the "inconvenience" and telling me they were sorry our vacation did not turn out the way we planned. Wow...thanks.... that really helps.....

Beautiful!!

I really enjoyed this townhome. Very spacious and very clean. Not far from the beach or the pool. Everything on the listing was on point. The master bathroom was beautiful absolutely loved it. I have saved this on my favorites definitely would book this home again.
