The condo was very clean and located in the perfect location. The staff was friendly and helpful. I love the fact we had a golf cart to navigate the grounds and get to the beach. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great family experience. Condo had everything you’d need. We had a traditional drip coffee maker and a keurig. Our friends condo only had drip. We were ready for both. Right next to bridge going to pool and golf cart was perfect. Only issue, second room’s door would not latch and kept opening which was annoying, but very minor issue.

Property needs a paint refresh, kitchen could use some better cooking utensils and could have been cleaner.. Beds were comfortable with ample blankets. Love the location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautifully decorated and very clean. However there were a few things.Door handle came off back door and did not close tight. Master shower leaked downstairs through the kitchen cabinets then onto the floor. Had a mess and no mop. Management was concerned but did not see any maintenance people. Hopefully these items were corrected. Golf cart was great!

1. Patio Door handle missing, parts laying on kitchen countertop as if property owner had been made aware of problem, but it was not repaired before my arrival. 2. Main bedroom shower drain or flooring leaking into kitchen area cabinets, floor and stove. Had to use the second bedroom shower. By looking at the ceiling in the kitchen area it had been leaking at some point in time in the past.

Reviewer Comments: The rental experience was ok we did not have a golf cart when we arrived after 8 pm on check in day but by the time we came back from breakfast the next morning it was there. The golf cart needs replacing asap it will get you hurt. While driving to the beach through the community it just stopped like it was charged we kept pressing the gas then it would start back up and sometimes keep going and or just stop and would work when it wanted to. We had to direct people to go around and it was very embarrassing.

Could have been better

Booking this vacation I had high hopes because of not having to travel far for food, entertainment, beach and the pool since you could travel by golf cart. Unfortunately it did not go as planned, the golf cart did not work correctly and to be honest was unsafe. It is stated that they check the golf carts to make sure they are running correctly before the arrival of each guest but if they would have done that they would have known this golf cart did not work correctly (and now going back and looking at whoever stayed before us review it was doing the same to them) whenever you turned to the left it completely shut off and wouldn’t go and left you embarrassed and in unsafe situations in a line of traffic, not to mention with young children on there as well. When we contacted the maintenance they eventually came and looked at it and basically said yes you’re right that’s what it’s doing but didn’t do anything to make it right. So we were stuck without a golf cart the entire trip, which was an inconvenience considering that was one of the reasons why I booked the villa. Would love to stay at one of these again but weary due to this experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Renting 5072 Beachwalk Villa for February and March was a wonderful experience. The location of this villa is exceptional. It’s a quick walk to the beach, a trip over a bridge to a lovely pool, which is very unused, and full of lovely friendly neighbors. The villain itself is a nice two bedroom with Older dated furniture but adequate. The cable and Internet service was very good and easy to navigate. The golf cart was in great shape and worked well. We were right off the ponds for great fishing every morning. The outdoor area did not get a lot of sunshine until late afternoon but was Easy enough to move chairs into the sunshine. The outdoor grill was in good shape and cleaned by my Beehaven on a regular basis, which was a nice surprise. My only complaint was some housekeeping issues when we arrived. Most of the curtains are soiled and really need to be laundered And the upper ceiling areas of upper wall areas were full of cobwebs and really had not been cleaned as the staircase going upstairs was full of dust and sand and needed to be cleaned. The washer and dryer were excellent to use as was the air conditioning system. They had a lot of nice outdoor chairs and beach toys for children. I think they could improve on cookware there was only two small pots, one large pot and one fry pan they could improve on this. I did bring my own cookware in my own sharp knives to use. Other amenities were fine When we had a couple of small issues in the apartment on my beach Haven was very prompt in their responses and I have no complaints there. All in all we had a wonderful winter and my suggestions were just to improve the next person’s visit. Nothing that held us back or inhibited us from having a great time.

Reviewer Comments: The unit was sufficient space wise.There are some things that need immediate attention.The location of the unit was great.The unit was not clean to our liking. We had to wash the bedding and bed comforter as it was soiled. The sofa skirt had to be washed as it was dark and soiled. The fans in the living room was filthy and had to be cleaned.The first day we moved in there was a big hole in the ceiling waiting for repair as there had been a leak in the upstairs spare bathroom. This repair took several days of a worker coming back and forth to the unit before it was repaired. While the worker was as in the process of repairing the ceiling we discovered that the air conditioning unit was iced up in the upstairs closet. The was another 1-2 days of workers coming to the unit to replace the air conditioning/ furnace unit.The “cheap”kitchen utensils need to be replaced with some quality utensils. When we arrived the “cheap” kitchen utensils and cupboard ware have to organized as everything seemed to be just thrown on the drawers and cupboards haphazardly.The two frying pans that were here were in deplorable condition , one of them had the Teflon completely gone from the bottom of the pan and the other one was barely passable as a frying pan.There isn’t enough seating in the living room and what is there has seen the best of its days. The entrance way furniture should be thrown in the garbage as it is all ragged and dilapidated. You can’t sit in it without scraping your arms.The BBQ needs to be replaced as it is totally rusted out.We loved the location but we would not rent this unit again without updates and replacements of the items noted above. We are Canadian Snowbirds and have been coming to the Sandestin for the past 10 years and we love this area, but we also feel the we did not get quality for our money when we rented this unit.We have rented other units in Beachwal

Great getaway for a weekend.

Family vacation ‘22

We have been visiting Miramar Beach for about 20 years now, and have always stayed right on the beach. We wanted to try something different this year, and we are SO glad we did! The community and ease of getting around on the golf carts were a huge plus- especially to my children. The area is so quiet, and the view of the lake is beautiful. We loved the townhome. It is decorated very well- just as the pictures show. My only complaint is that the barstools in the kitchen did need some cleaning there was chocolate (I hope) caked on the chairs, and the couch cover is quite stained. We look forward to staying at Beachside again next year- we’re sold!

Very nicely updated!

We loved the decor and the coziness of this property. The master bed was so comfortable. All of the updates were very nicely done. It was really nice having a golf cart as well.

Great setup for small families

Fishing right out the back door, golf cart had no issues and you can even make your way to Publix through the resort. Super clean, too. About as easy as a trip with little ones can get.

Expectations exceeded!

The property was even better than described! The location was fabulous - the shaded view from the cozy back patio was splendid. The golf cart was a fun and easy way to zip around the property, making beach trips, shopping & dining even more fun. Highly recommend! Will definitely return!

Places is really Awesome

Just an observation. Need more utensils for cook as a Cookware. Also, the weekend that we stay was rain a lot. A little water filtration in the dining room windows.

Perfect location, just needs some love

We are frequent visitors to SanDestin and this townhome was perfectly located, came with golf cart and beautifully decorated. Upon arrival, we were overcome by a chemical smell at entry. Shook it off to extra COVID cleaning and left to hop in the golf cart for dinner. It was dead. Upon return start
