Relaxing and Convenient

Loved our stay. We were looking for a place to relax and replenish, and we found it. We love the fact that we arrived and once we parked, had no need to leave the resort.

Lovely stay

We enjoyed our stay and never ran out of things to do. Very nice accommodations and incredibly clean. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. The only suggestion I have is to provide an information book with amenities available to guests and phone numbers to check pricing (such as tennis and the gym).

Love Sandestin!

We loved the bungalow neighborhood. It was quiet and the house was charming. We enjoyed using the golf cart to run errands and get to the beach. We will look for this house again next year when setting up reservations for 2024.

Family Vacation

We’ve been staying at Baytowne 1-2x a year for 10 years. This location takes the cake especially with the golf carts ability to get you to and from the beach/village shops/rental location. We have young children as well as my grandfather who come along each trip. The accessibility, 3.5 bathrooms(everyone had their own space) made this trip one of if not the best thus far. We will be back to the Bungalo’s again!

I went with two other girls from college for a girls weekend and we enjoyed every second. We weren’t expecting all of the shopping and restaurants we could ever want to be right next door, so that was a wonderful surprise! The house was very clean and comfortable and we would all recommend staying here!

We came down during off peak season so we didn’t have to deal with any crowds or traffic. That was wonderful! The bungalow was located in a great spot, shopping & getting around was quite easy. The beach was cold but beautiful this time of year! The bungalow street was always super quiet. We really enjoyed ourselves, thanks for hosting us

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed in Sandestin in multiple locations over the last 10 years. This home location is great and the golf cart was super handy although it looked old and drives wobbly at times. The home is spacious but the floors didn’t seem clean and all four beds had sand in sheets. Cleaners didn’t seem attentive. Sparse soap provided for a 8+ day stay so we had to purchase additional trash bags and laundry soap. Kitchen cooking stuff was pretty cheap and no seasonings provided.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very nice. We enjoyed it and look forward to going back. We were unable to get the TV remotes to work. They sent a guy out the next afternoon. Some one had hidden the black cable boxs. He moved them so the remote could see them and they started working. The frig never got our drinks cold enough. We could not find a way to adjust it. The mattresses on the second floor are worn out. Actually all the mattresses need to be replaced.
