Great time had by all. Beach is closer than we thought!! Golf cart was fun. 13 of us and everyone had a room. Loved hanging around the pool and the deck around the house. Loved the outdoor shower!! Lots of beach stuff available. We left a very nice umbrella!! And boogie boards! Hope people enjoy as much as we did!! The location is so close to everything. Several in our group walked every morning to Bad ass coffee! It was just a great time! I highly recommend!!

Everything was great! Quick walk to the beach and having the pool was a nice bonus. The golf cart and bikes were also a great perk! Modern Beach does an amazing job of the property management. We would definitely stay again

Short Beach Trip

I really enjoyed the 2 minute walk to the private beach access gate, the private pool, the golf cart was fun & extremely handy to use, the wraparound balcony was a comfy place to sit & watch the sunset while grilling! The layout was very nice with ample amount of space & bathrooms! Will definitely book again!

Perfect stay

Location from the beach was perfect. The amenities were exactly what we needed for our five day vacation. The house was super clean. The golf cart made running errands, convenient and fun. Would stay again.

Great local!

We have stayed all around this house over the year's. This is the best location. About a half block from beach gate. Last year we where a few streets over. And a few years ago we where in a house behind this one. Both were a longer walk. But the Beverley has great location. It is an older house. But it has be upgraded. We had 4 kids and 9 adults. This house worked out good for us.

Spring Break 2024

We had 10 people in the house; 4 adults, 2 young adults and 4 teenagers. This house had just enough room. Kids loved the foosball table and adults enjoyed the front porch. Frangista beach is private so the crowds are a bit smaller.

Great Family Rental!

The Beverly was great! It was more than enough room for our large group with multiple kids from 6 months to 14 years old. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We loved the decor. The kids absolutely loved playing on the AstroTurf yard and the adults had a blast sitting on the covered porch and playing the yard games after the kids went to bed. The heated pool was awesome since it was still pretty chilly out. It was in a Great location just a 3 minute walk to the beach with all of our stuff. And having the golf cart, we were able to get to several great beach side restaurants in just a few minutes. Pompano Joes beach side bar at sunset is a must! Having all the shopping centers so close, also golf cart accessible, was also very convenient for the day we had bad weather to keep the kids entertained. Overall great experience and the rental company was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely book this place again!!

A++ Looking forward to next time.

My family only had the opportunity to stay in this property for one night but I can tell you I look forward to coming back. Property is very clean, beds are comfortable and convenient to the beach. Property was great for our dog with the new turf area as pet friendly properties are tough to find at the beach. We didn't have the opportunity to use the golf cart or the bikes but look forward to having that opportunity to cruise when we come back. If you are on the fence about this property rent it you won't be disappointed.

Amazing family getaway!!

Our family had an absolute fantastic time during our vacation at this wonderful home! We have rented many properties in the area and this one did not disappoint. Everything was great, and the rental company, in particular, was spot on and incredibly helpful. We’re already planning on our return because the overall experience was just that good. The location of the house was perfect- close to the beach and shopping which made exploring the area a breeze. The added convenience of a golf cart at our disposal was a game changer, allowing us to easily navigate and even go to restaurants. The pool was another highlight, providing a perfect oasis for the adults to relax and to wear out the kids. I couldn’t keep them out of the pool. We genuinely appreciated the seamless experience provided by the rental company and the thoughtful amenities that made our vacation memorable. Without a doubt, we will be back soon to relive the wonderful moments we had in this fantastic home!

Perfect For Our Family

Our stay at this impeccable home was nothing short of extraordinary. The house was not only spotless but also conveniently located near shopping and dining, making our vacation even more enjoyable. We had the pleasure of bringing our pup Rocky with us which added a whole new level of joy to our getaway. The spacious turf yard was a perfect playground for him to romp and play while we lounged by the pool. The combination of Modern Beach's excellent management and the golf cart/proximity to the beach made all the difference. We're already looking forward to coming back for another fantastic experience!

Loved the Beverly!

The home was spotless and conveniently located near shopping, dining, etc. Even though beach is only a few minutes away, the golf cart was a game changer when bringing bunches of beach toys. We didn’t bring our fur baby this time but definitely will next time! She can romp and play in spacious turf yard while we lounge by pool or swim. Will definitely be back!

Perfect location

The property manager was very responsive and accommodated an early check-in for our family members who flew in early. The property from the outside is very deceiving. It looks small compared to the newer large group rental homes next door, but it is more than spacious with plenty of room for our family. Our bed was comfortable, the air conditioning is fantastic (which can be a problem with some rentals in the high temperatures). The golf cart was ideal and extremely helpful for beach setup. It was a perfect spot near the restaraunts, stores and right down from the beach and ideal for our quick trip back to the Destin/Miramar area! The only suggestion I would make is to maintenance the bikes. We did not take them out, as all of the chains were rusted. Otherwise, a cute property.

Fun decor

The home was decorated very well! We had non-stop minor issues. Most of the issuses appeared to be due to lack of ongoing maintenance and thorough housekeeping. Golf cart issues that were resolved with a refund after 2 days with no access. A/C issues that self resolved and remained resolved after filter change. Pool lights do not work for night swimming. Minor flooding from storm during stay into front bedroom that we were asked to clean up. Dryer stopped working. I strongly suggest communicating via VRBO as recommended as the person via text lacked consistent communication

Disappointed!

We come to Miramar beach every year and rent houses. Let me start by saying it was prime perfect location. The house however was not like the pictures. It was dirty, run down and not well kept. The bathroom showers were not clean at all. There was broken pictures in the house, the outside of the house had areas that needed repairs. The small backyard was overgrown with weeds and dirt and not maintained. We could not use the outside shower. The pool area was not kept and had been let go. I ended Up calling my own cleaning service out to clean the bathrooms and floors during my stay. Also there was roaches inside the house. Construction next door was so loud and woke us up every morning at 6am. I don’t feel like the pictures were accurate and definitely were very filtered. On the second to last day there was a bad storm and we woke up to the bedroom downstairs where my daughter stayed being flooded. It soaked all her bags and stuff. The water was coming up through the floor. I contacted the woman who helped during the stay with checkin and she sent me a text not surprised by the issue at all and just said I’m sorry and I would Have helped with cleaning and I can Bring your more towels if y’all needed them and then offered to refund the cleaning deposit and bugs were a thing in Florida. I then never heard anything else from the owner I contacted as well and never received any refund or anything. Very disappointed for the amount of money we spent.

Great property

We had people ranging from 19 to 59 and everyone had a great time. The property was very cute and had all the amenities. Also property owners were very responsive. Although there is a golf carted provided, it is not needed to go to beach. But the golf cart was very nice for shopping and dinners out! Highly recommended.

Nice week overall - Good location

Our large family of 11 stayed at this property comfortably. We had 3 children under 3, a 13-year-old, and 7 adults. Overall, we had a great time, but there were several things we learned during our visit that I will pass on to you as you decide to book this property for your next vacation. Pros: Easy walk to the beach, the golf cart provided was great, lots of chairs, toys, and wagon provided. Newly renovated and updated. Beds were comfortable, no complaints at all. There is a grill and a lot of outdoor seating around the porch. There are some starter items (but you'll need more things like trash bags, toliet paper, paper towels, etc.). Property manager was extremely communicative and helpful. Cons: The HOA in the area does not allow tents to be put up on the beach, so you must rent or buy/bring umbrellas. This was tough with small children. There was only 1 kitchen towel and no pot holders. The front bunk room on the bottom level had water coming in during rain events (significant water, we went through lots of towels to keep our items from getting wet) but the property manager was responsive asking if we needed assistance. Other info: the beach access you get a code for is at the end of the street (Closer than pictured, which is great) but we had to figure out which gate our code worked for. You also needed wrist bands to enter the beach gate even though you had a code/address. They were nice, but I wasn't previously aware. Overall we had a nice week at this rental.

Would stay here again.

The house was very cute and large enough for a family of 12. The pool was great and we loved that it came equipped with a golf cart, bikes, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas. It was a very short walk to the beach and had several good restaurants within a 1 mile radius. I missed have an ocean view, but overall this place was great and I had great communication with the property manager. She even allowed us to check in early on day one which was so appreciated.
