First of all.. I am not one to nit pick rentals but there were so many big and little issues with this rental that I have to address. The major one is there is no golf cart included even though there is a pic of the owner sitting on it in front of the house and no caption stating that it is an extra charge or stated anywhere in the description of the property that it is extra charge. This is the main reason for me renting this property along with the fire pit which didn't work. I even read all the reviews and there were a couple of them mentioning the "included' golf cart. I had even messaged the owner asking about the golf cart after I booked the property inquiring if it would already be gassed up and he replied that it was battery operated.He didn't say anything about it not being included or even offered a price on how much it would be to rent it. So u can understand my shock when we got there and no golf cart and no working fire pit. We cooked hamburgers and hot dogs on the grill the first night we arrived and it took an hour to cook them and had a full tank of propane! Other issues..handle to master shower door is falling off, no hooks to hang towels in master shower, no crock pot to cook a meal while u are at beach, very limited supply of silverware, only 1 dish towel and 1 dish rag provided,no internet for 2 days due to nicked cable line.Probably worst rental experienced in 15yrs of renting. Only positives..house was clean and beds were comfy
