The fuse ball table and the electronic games table were a big bonus. The heated pool close by and the golf cart to take us to the beach were greatly enjoyed.

Great property at a great location

The house was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful beach vacation at Mirimar. The house had plenty of room and the double sinks in each suite was great for our family of 6. The golf cart got us to Baytowne Wharf each night and the game table was a hit with the kids during downtime.

This was perfect for our family vacation. We have 5 kids aged from 3 to 16. The location was perfect to allow everyone to access the things that most appealed to them: the Village Wharf, Grand Blvd, the pool, the tennis facility. The game table was a bonus. We’ll come back to this house specifically.Only suggestion: add a grill.

Lovely place

This place was so nice and clean. It’s roomy and had everything we could possibly need. The manager was very responsive too. Highly recommend staying there. The golf cart was charged and ready for us to use.

Beach Blue Properties were great when we had a question. It was perfect for our week long stay!

Best Time

We had such a great time for family vacation. This listing was clean and conveniently located close to a pool. The golf cart made getting to the beach a breeze. The property manger was helpful and timely in responding. The game table was a hit with our kids. We will definitely be booking here again!

Fabulous House

Great location, 3 houses from the neighborhood pool. Golf cart made it easy to commute to the beach. The house had plenty of space inside and outdoors. The game room was a big hit with the kiddos. The house was exceptionally maintained.

Beautiful Home - Great Location

This is my family (and friends) 4th year in Sandestin. This house was gorgeous and fit everyone comfortably. The kids loved the gaming table! This is so close to shopping, beach, Baytowne Wharf entertainment and restaurants. We really enjoyed driving the golf cart all around. We will definitely look for this same property next year.

Great house in a great area

This house was great for our family of 6. There was plenty of room and the en suite bathrooms in all the bedrooms with the double sinks was great for kids sharing a bathroom. The infinity game table was a hit for a family game night. Hands down the 6 seater golf cart was fabulous. We were able to drive it to the pool, the beach, and Baytowne wharf where there was plenty of dining and entertainment (all of which were within 5 minutes of the property). Finally, Phyllis the property manager was great! She was always quick to answer any questions we had before or during our stay.

Fantastic property, wonderful resort and great host!

This was our first time to the Florida panhandle. And, I'm confident we picked the best location. The resort of Sandestin is impeccably maintained and this little home is centrally located within the resort. There is a clean, heated pool just steps away and a little shopping district is just a couple minutes away on the golf cart. The home was decorated tastefully and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the ensuite bedrooms afforded everyone a lot of privacy. Being I had never been to the area, I had many questions about the resort and amenities available. Phyllis was an exceptional host and answered everything for me right away. Our flight was delayed and Phyllis got us all squared away for an additional day in just a few minutes. The golf cart was a great way to get to the beach, Baytowne Warfe, local shopping, etc. We loved everything about our trip and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! 5 ⭐

Honeymoon Week

Very nice property, very clean. Needs for improvement: There are two things I look for in renting property in Sandestin, is there a golf cart and an outdoor grill? The grill is no longer there but shows one in the picture on VRBO, if that was known I’d not had rented it. Needs a drop cord to charge golf cart, driveway is not big enough for a vehicle and to charge cart without moving your vehicle to the pool area. We also were given no warning the place was being bleach pressure washed. So our belongings and vehicle were sprayed with bleach while we were at the beach. Overall the stay was good if they can make some minor changes like putting in a drop cord and notifying renters of repairs or cleaning will be done.

Wouldn’t rent again because of the beach

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beach area with this house makes the house not worth it. I’ve never seen such a crowded beach in my life. It was a lot further away from the house than expected and there was ZERO room for anyone on the beach. Beach shared with multiple condos and only spots left were 4 rows back away from the beach no matter how far you walked. The entire beach is covered in their chairs you have to rent and any little space for your own chairs is far back from the water. You couldnt even walk through any sand area without having to walk around tons of people smashed together like sardines. With the price of the home, I expected a better beach experience. The house was beautiful and well kept.
