The prosOur stay was overall great! Wonderful location, close to tons of shopping, wonderful restaurants, so close to 30A, and we enjoyed the perks of Baytown wharf. Once the construction is done it will be fabulous to use the back porch to walk straight to the pool or beach. The consUpon arrival we didn’t have a code to get into the condo, just a building code and gate code. With this unit being on ground level we were very surprised that there was no window covering on the small 2 windows facing the parking lot. With there being construction men out there all day, it felt a little uneasy not having window coverings there. Especially when I went outside and looked up every unit above the ground had window coverings on those smaller windows. The last thing was that the condo could’ve been cleaned a little better, there was sand in the sheets when I climbed into bed and the overall cleanliness upon arrival could be improved. The manager was fabulous at responding very quickly and was quick to get us into the condo and willing to do anything to make us feel comfortable, including sending someone to put temporary window coverings up. Which we ended up doing ourselves so I did decline once we got it figured out. I would stay again and would recommend, but would also hope these things could be improved before the next visit

We really enjoyed our trip here. It was perfect for our little family. We have 2 kids and it was plenty of room for us this week. We loved the location of the condo. Being on the 1st floor was very convenient. The porch area was very nice to chill & relax in the evenings. Parking was very close by so it wasn’t a hassle at all to get loaded/unloaded for the week. That was a huge help with the kids. Overall we were very pleased with everything and really enjoyed it.

Perfect time with family we found the place very clean the bed is very comfortable but the sofa bed makes too much noise the place is perfect but if they updated the furniture it would be perfect. a blind is broken

We had a great time, the unit was exactly as described, clean and comfortable. Pool was wonderful. The beach is a bit crowded in July, but to be expected. Would definitely recommend this property. We love that it was easy access on the first floor, was just right for two friends.

We rented this gorgeous corner unit for a wedding we attended in Sandestin. The property was clean. The management team had top notch communication, and we really enjoyed the convenience of being on the first floor. We will definitely rent this unit again!

a few delayed maintenance items...shower drips constantly, floors were buckled in bathroom. seating on outside (they need to have lounge chairs) the chairs they have are extremely uncomfortable, not enough pillows on bed.

The property is in a great location right on the beach. It's easy to get small children back and forth to the beach and condo as needed. The Tram service was a nice bonus to get my little family around the area, and my small kids loved riding the "bus." Dispatch for the Tram took the time to help us find a pickup location, and they even called back to make sure we were able to board without issue. The drivers were all so friendly and helpful with recommendations on activities and restaurants that my young family would enjoy. The condo itself and pool were clean and the pool not overcrowded. Even with the current construction going on, it did not hinder us from having an amazing experience. We didn't hear any construction noise or neighbors, and the only part of the condo we lost access to was the patio area, which we honestly didn't miss. Parking was super close as well, which again made for an easy trip with children. The icing on the cake though was Ms. Bette. I'm sure I messaged her a dozen times before and during our trip just to ask questions. She was always very responsive and helpful each time. She made us feel welcomed and a priority to her. I would ABSOLUTELY want to book with Ms. Bette in the future. I would feel confident that she would make sure that my family was in a clean, friendly, and safe area, and if I needed her, I know she's only 1 call away. Thank you again Ms. Bette for an amazing vacation ❤.

The property was beautiful. We feel we really paid well for our location of the room. Even though it was first floor we could still see the water. Everything was clean and organized.

Pros-first floor, close to parking deck/lot; nicely stocked kitchen utensils and pots/pans, glasses; excellent communication with property manager; short distance to beach Cons- The sofa sleeper is noisy (my husband and kids complaint), I think there may be a leak from the shower in the bathroom (the floor towels turned an orange color)-this was like this from the first day. The shower wouldn’t drain and was fixed while we were there Overall we had a great time Short drive to Baytowne wharf and lots of good restaurants Pool was nice Linens were very nice/new There are boogie boards and chairs in the closet for use The washer and dryer are so helpful The patio is large and plenty of furniture for the family

We loved it here! You can see the beach from the balcony and there are palm trees out back that make for pretty pictures on the balcony. Super short walk to the beach which was very convenient! We walked over and Grabbed lunch at the Beach House a few days and it has really good food for days you don’t want to get off the beach. The washer and dryer work well and that was good to have so we didn’t have to pack as much. Overall, we would stay again! Great place for a couple!

The condo at the first floor and facing place where people walk their dogs. It is only one spot right next to the building to walk the dogs... It is also close to the parking lot. So you may hear garbage removal track backing up and beeping at 7am. The mattress is average at best, sofa is dated, electric socket at the balcony is broken. I communicated all the issues to the manager Bette and I hope she will take care of the property. On the positive side you can walk to the beach directly around the parking lot and avoid crowds and elevators. You can also see some green. You have full kitchen with all you need. Kitchen is brand new. Condo has a lot of light from the balcony door and 2 windows. I have stayed for a long time in the winter. It was a good deal, but if I could I would have choose something on the higher floor, because the floor is getting colder and humidity is getting higher during the winter.
