Spyglass Townhomes Unit 106 - Sandtrap is the perfect vacation retreat for families! A quick 4-minute stroll and you're on the beach – it's that close and convenient! With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Additionally, a pack n play is available for families traveling with young children, ensuring their comfort and convenience during their stay. The thoughtfully designed layout features an open floor plan, seamlessly connecting the kitchen, dining area, and living room, creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere. Gather around the dining table for 6 or pull up a seat at the kitchen counter, offering 3 additional seats, ensuring plenty of space for everyone to enjoy meals together. Natural light fills this home, creating a bright and cheerful ambiance throughout. Step out onto the large balcony, complete with a table and chairs, providing additional seating and the perfect spot to relax and soak up the coastal breeze.

The king bedroom boasts abundant natural lighting and its own ensuite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort. Located at Spyglass Townhomes, this family-friendly community offers convenient access to a refreshing pool and easy access to the beach, where sun, sand, and surf await. With two assigned parking spots, you’ll have peace of mind knowing parking is taken care of. Golf carts are also allowed on the property, adding a fun and convenient way to explore the area.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed, TV. Private bathroom with tub and walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 3: Twin-over-full bunk bed, TV. Bathroom with shower.

Please Note: The living room features a modular couch that may be suitable as additional sleeping space for a small child; however, it is not considered a dedicated sleeping arrangement.

Head down Sandtrap Road toward Sandy Beach Road and your beach access, Sand Trap Beach Access, will be on your left.

Additional information:
* Parking for 2 cars only (spots numbered 106).
* Parking in another spot will result in towing.
* Beach chair service is not included with the home; however, rentals are available through a local provider, La Dolce Vita, on a daily or weekly basis.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
