"The location was peaceful yet stunning. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful and cleaned every day and had amazing views. The breakfast options were good and food plentiful. Hosts were always very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
There's nothing that we didn't like, but our advise for anyone getting there from the airport or railway station is to get a tuk tuk, rather than a shared minivan, as our shared minivan dropped us off at the wrong side...
"A great choice in Vang Vieng. The shipping container rooms are novel, comfortable, clean and cool. (I think Mr Kong is a bit of a genius.) Good AC, comfortable beds, nice showers, OK breakfast (but you'll need to grab a decent coffee nearby at Kiwi, or a 10 minute walk to wonderful Naked).
The location is great. Across the river from the noisier main drag but there's a walking bridge next to the hotel. It's quiet at night. There are 3 very good restaurants nearby- the pizza place, Kiwi...
"Front desk lady not so kind. did not even greet me when I check in. Maybe she judged me by my appearance. It claimed to be soundproof but not at all. I can hear people talking outside of my room. AC didn’t work too well, air flow was very weak. Bed is clean. "

"I enjoyed my stayed here, no elevators. Quiet and near a lot of eatery and shopping local goods. This is a good spot for tourists and there is so much to do and plenty of street vendors and street food. There is a lot of traffic too but I walked around a lot in this area. I feel safe and the air conditioner works great. Breakfast is made to order for you and they have a menu for you. I only wished I stayed here a bit longer "

"So the hostel is doing lots of renovations! So the property looks dirtier than the pictures show. There were no towels given but we brought our own. Staff were friendly but the language barrier was a problem. I think once they are done renovating and clean up the property will be beautiful!"

"Got to the hostel and it was total chaos. They showed us 5 rooms before actually finding the one we had booked. Some of the rooms was already ocupied by others, so that made us feel our stuff was unsafem when we got our room, the toilet did not work and there were ants in the bed. We got upgraded after a bit of arguing and the new room was Ok, at best. Stains on the sheets etc. Makes for a not to cosy stay... the shower is completly usless. If your only aim is a bed to sleep in and you do not...
