• Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
• Master Bedroom: King bed, TV, private en-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet.
• Bunk Room: Twin-over-full bunk bed.
• Second-floor loft: Full bed, reading nook, walk-in closet, private deck overlooking the backyard, and an en-suite bathroom with a jet tub. (We have quine air mattress in the closet which could be inflated for extra sleeping space).
• Finished walkout basement with a ping pong table and access to a covered patio—perfect for game nights or lounging.
• Additional full bathroom on the first floor.
• 65-inch TV in the living area for entertainment.

• Hot tub – Unwind while taking in the serene surroundings.
• Sauna (not operational) – Please note that the sauna is currently out of service.

Please keep up with the following:
General rules
• check-in: 4:00 pm | check-out: 11:00 am.
• self-check-in available with a lockbox.
• only the number of guests on the reservation may stay.
• no parties or events.
• report any issues within reasonable time of your check-in.
Safety & security
• lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
• do not tamper with security cameras or wifi equipment.
• no illegal activities or drugs – immediate eviction with no refund.
Cleaning & maintenance
• treat the home with respect and leave it in a reasonable condition.
• no smoking/vaping inside – a $300 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking indoors.
• no eating or drinking in bedrooms to prevent spills and stains.
• if using the hot tub (if applicable), dry off before entering the house.
• trash should be placed in the designated bins outside.
Kitchen & appliances
• do not dispose of food, oil, or other solids in the sink drains.
• use appliances responsibly, do not damage the appliances or misuse it.
Pets & service animals
• no pets allowed unless explicitly approved in advance.
• if traveling with a service animal, notify us before your stay.
Additional fees & violations
• excessive mess requiring extra cleaning: $100+ fee
• unauthorized late checkout: $50 per hour
• lost key or garage remote: $100 replacement fee
• tampering with security devices: immediate eviction
