Great getaway & perfect location!
We enjoyed our stay! We were able to walk to restaurants. We skied one day & went to hot springs the next. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed (including kitchen items, games, & extra linens).

Great ski base
Great place to stay halfway between ski resorts. Quiet and easy walking access to multiple restaurants. Hosts were responsive. Would stay here again.

Comfortable stay in Minturn
Really comfortable space for a couple of people! Great location for skiing. The heat struggled to keep up on the colder nights, but the beds were warm.

Mountain visit get away
We visited to see our son and daughter in law who live in Vail. We love Minturn and this was the perfect spot. Thank you to Molly and Greg. Everything about the place was wonderful and we will be back!

Wonderful Cozy Property!
A nice cozy private Apt in a wonderful little cozy town, with a nice scenic view of the mountains, including a backyard patio at the foot of a mountain. The host is extremely gracious and very accommodating, and the apt. is fully equipped with everything you might need. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Great location near local hikes and bigger adventures
Nice location to walk to local restaurants, hikes, and see the river. Easy access to highway 24 and adventures near homestake reservoir, camp hale, Tennessee pass, and down to Leadville. Open floor plan that works great with the windows open to cool the place at night. Perfect kitchen for simple meal prep. Wildlife sightings off the back deck. Outdoor seating options. Wonderful, responsive hosts.

Excellent Property
We were in town for a wedding in vail and had a great time at this house. House was well stocked, clean and had plenty of space for our family of 4. Owners were very friendly and were there to address any of our needs. Will definitely return next time we’re in the area!

Fantastic Minturn guest house!
We loved our stay here - the guest house/carriage house space felt very private and was perfectly appointed with anything we needed. The location is great, we enjoyed walking around town and the drive is short to Vail etc too. Lovely landscaping on the property and the hosts were great. Would love to stay here again.

Convenient for ski area access
Clean, tidy and convenient. Nice property adjacent to owner's home. They were responsive to question about heat and offered to assist with some non-residence equipment issues we had. The carriage house was in a quiet neighborhood close to several restaurants and a short, easy commute to Beaver Creek and Vail ski areas. Overall a good experience!

Family getaway
Our family enjoyed every bit of our stay at this location. There was great parking available for our vehicle, all amenities in the kitchen were present, and the towels and linens were of good quality. Puzzles and games also provided hours of entertainment. The location in Minturn was convenient to local restaurants and stores, and the scenery was beautiful! Hosts were very friendly and greeted us upon arrival. We will definitely book this house again!

The location and amenities were top notch. Beautifully appointed clean, quiet cottage with everything you can ask for (pots, pans, dishes, towels, etc.) off street parking space provided. The owner was super friendly and reminded us time and time again that if we had any needs to let him know. Excellent experience highly recommended!

Absolutely Wonderful
Gregory's property was perfect. It was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and so convenient for skiing access. Gregory was friendly, helpful, and generous. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to ski (or explore the Rockies in any fashion) and who doesn't want to stay within the ski resort. Minturn is one of my favorite towns in Colorado, and this place is absolutely wonderful.
