The Luxury two bedroom suite was updated and perfect for our family. Kids and us enjoyed having separate sleeping quarters. The coffee offered with the free continental breakfast was actually good. Not many hotels have good coffee. Would def book again.

There was no volume control on the TV. You could not hear it unless you sat within 2 feet of it. The room was comfortable and clean. Nice people working the day we arrived. Very friendly and helpful.

I was working in the area and found the King Hotel to be a great place to stay. Very clean and quiet and close to where I needed to work. Staff were very friendly and the bed was great. Thanks

Disappointed
Room wasn’t as renovated as the rooms in pictures. I also booked a king room but got a queen. Bathroom was moldy and dated.

The property was very clean although it could use a renovation. We came in very late and met one staff member who checked us in. No staff early in the morning and they only take credit for the deposit.

loved the location and cleaniness of rooms. But the only thing i didn’t like was upfront 250 deposit. and u won’t get it back2-3 days. i thing it’s too much. it should rather be 100 and should come back as soon as u check out.

King Hotel was nice and clean. It was situated perfectly for a small town. Had easy access to Tim Hortons and the ball diamonds. Beds were very comfortable and it was sufficient for what we needed to stay there for.

Unexpected room changing
My husband went into the hotel for check in, the reception asked him “do you really need the kitchen?” My husband said not necessary. Then, he gave us a double queen beds room. I have no clue when I got in there until my husband told me. Basically, I am ok for the room changed but it’s officially not a full house and why him ask to change the original booking! It was a family room with kitchen. That make me have a little angry. Hopefully it not happen to the next family.
