Awful location
The reception team is absolutely not use, some of them so arrogant! The hotel is based by railway lines so it’s almost not possible to sleep during the night , asked to change the room however my request was denied!

Great value for money.
Great hotel, seems fairly new. Staff are friendly and spoke English. Room is comfortable and hotel is clean. Location is 15 min walk to the centre, I like to walk so for me it’s fine. Yandex is extremely cheap and only 5 mins. The area is thriving with new bars and restaurants. Love staying here. The ladies in the spa were amazing.Tatiana gave me the best face massage ever.

Very nice and clean hotel with free parking and close to many cafes, complimentary water, rooms are getting cleaned everyday

Internet is good, staff are generally helpful. Location isn't too far from the centre. Public transport is nearby. Room is far too hot though. No breakfast is included. It was a decent and modern stay.
