The guest has use of the entire home except the garage and locked closets. There are four (4) street parking spaces in the driveway. It is recommended that you have a car.

Our pricing is set for four guests at the home. Any additional guests beyond the initial four will incur an extra $30 per guest. We provide this `value-added service` to ensure you`re billed only for the actual number of guests, not a flat rate for the entire property. This pricing structure aims to offer savings and flexibility to our guests, accommodating changes in group size or allowing smaller groups to stay with us. If the number of guests alters after booking, please inform us, and we will adjust the rate accordingly. We are dedicated to being flexible and accommodating, understanding that plans can change

• A signed Rental Agreement and a government-issued photo ID are required to access our property via a trusted third-party process. By completing this reservation, you accept these conditions, and no refund will be issued outside the refund timeline. The booking guest must be at least 25 years old.

• Strict policies against parties, events, or excessive drinking.

• Occupancy limits and quiet hours are enforced in this residential area.

• All month-to-month (30 days or more) reservations require renters` insurance.

Our rate is based on four people staying at the home. Any additional guests above the initial four will incur an extra fee per guest. This “value-added service” ensures you’re charged only for the actual number of guests, rather than a flat rate for the entire home. We are happy to adjust the rate if your guest count changes after booking — just let us know. We strive to be flexible and accommodating.
