Beautiful lake view

Our family loved staying at the lake house and enjoying the view from the living room and deck. The gone was well outfitted and had everything we needed. Only wish we could have swum from the dock.

Beautiful lake house, excellent location

I stayed here with girlfriends from NYC and california. Everyone had a fantastic time, the proximity to Wayzata and Minneapolis was perfect. Highly recommend, the house was well stocked and had beautiful views!

It was a beautiful home with great amenities. The house was well cleaned and organized. Kitchen necessities were provided and not much extra was not needed to be purchased. Overall great home and area.

Family Celebration

We celebrated our dad's 90th bday and this was the perfect location to do that. Loved the outside area, was able to have a few fires in the firepit and the kids loved taking the canoe out to do some fishing. Everyone agreed that we should do it again next year.

Gorgeous wooded setting, beautiful lake view and plenty of room, inside & out for our active family.

This house worked out perfectly for our long weekend in Wayzata. We needed a home that would accommodate 3 couples and 4 young children (ages 1 to 8). The three queen size bedrooms and one room with 2 sets of bunks fit the bill, however we did need to bring along a pack and play for the one year old. The living spaces are quite modestly furnished, but it had everything we needed with plenty of room for all. The highlight of this house is the view from the living room. It is breathtaking. The kids had a blast exploring and playing in the outside areas. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s only minutes from Wayzata shopping and restaurant district, Lake Minnetonka, the beach and marina. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely spacious home

This was a roomy home that worked perfectly for my three siblings, spouses, and children to use as a home base while in town for Christmas. They loved the view of the snowed-over lake!

great property rather expensive so easy access to the lake and shopping hosts were easy to communicate with . Heating prob was fixed immediately. Will rent again .

Girls Getaway!

This was the perfect day for our girls get away! The house was big and stocked with everything we needed for a great weekend! The views were unbelievable! It was close proximity to fun places to go and explore! I would definitely recommend this for any fun weekend with family or friends!

A great spot for a family reunion

We loved the view and enjoyed our time looking at the lake in the house and on the deck. Lots of good restaurants and shops 5 minutes away. All around a great stay!

Family Reunion

Great home location right on the lake. The house looks as if it’s undergoing some renovations but doesn’t take away from the beauty this property. We had 9 people stay and we entertained 19 for dinner and lively conversation. The neighbors are super nice and we shared many stories about their lovely dogs! We had camp fires each night and enjoyed a beautiful weekend. Kammay, our host, is amazing. She is very communicative and informative. Made our overall experience a joy. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Check-in & out was smooth and easy! I strongly recommend this property! You won’t be disappointed!!

Beautiful views, great location

My friends and I had a relaxing girls weekend at this property. The hosts were so responsive and accommodating, the layout was great for a group and the views were amazing. The location was quiet but also very close to shops and restaurants. It was a great getaway

Excellent Location and Home

The house is exactly as described and in pictures. The location is amazing and the home was perfect for our family. Kammy was very easy to work with and generously allowed us a late check out. We will definitely go back when in MN again visiting family.

Perfect Family House

Due to COVID, we needed to quickly move our son’s small wedding from MX to Minneapolis! This house was the perfect spot for half of the family attending the wedding. It was a great gathering spot, family friendly, minutes from everything we needed, but with the feeling of a remote northern cabin. The owner could not have been more responsive and cooperative with any question or request I had. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Beautiful view and responsive property manager

We enjoyed a long weekend in a great location (close to everything) and a beautiful view. The house has not been updated for many years, but has good space on a wonderful lakefront property. The property manager was great - unobtrusive but very responsive. Thanks!
