Cute little cottage that checked all the boxes especially since we had our 2 dogs. Spent most of our time in the fenced back yard. Full functioning kitchen. Easy access to everywhere. Had a few hiccups with our trip and Jane always responded in a very timely manner and was gracious and helpful. Well worth its money if you don’t mind that the upkeep is lacking.

I am a return guest. I stayed here a couple of years ago as well, which I think speaks highly of the place. It is in a great location and very handy with pets. Jane was a fabulous host with excellent communication. We were very happy with our stay!

This home fit our needs perfectly for our needs with our family, including our dog. The fenced backyard plus the walkable neighborhood was great for our puppy. The ease of access to the highway for getting to and from multiple places we wanted to visit in Minneapolis and the suburbs was fantastic.

Nice little older home in a quiet neighborhood that we felt very safe in. It is pet friendly with a fenced back yard which is why I originally chose it but our dog passed before our trip. Everything was clean upon arrival. The host responded promptly on the few occasions I had questions. The home worked fine for us. Everything is as her pictures show. As for any negatives I guess I could say the water pressure in shower was not great and it would not be a great rental for a person with any mobility issues. There is a small step up from dining room to kitchen that could be a trip hazard and the stairs to the upstairs bedroom area are very steep which is common in most older homes. We enjoyed our stay

The house is lovely and well-supplied. The backyard is great for dogs and for sitting outside to enjoy the fall leaves. Jane is a very attentive and responsive host. I will definitely stay here again.

It is a cute little house with all the immenities. Close enough to the city but in a,quiet neighborhood. Nice fenced backyard. Great communication and clean. It worked great for our stay.

It is a nice place to stay. It was clean and comfy. If you need something cozy, this has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths.

Overall we were very happy with our stay!! There were a few things in the listing that didn't quite match up with the property which caused some confusion at the beginning, but we're easily sorted. We would stay there again.
