House Rules:
- No parties, events, open-invite gatherings, or disruptive behavior of any kind.
- No unregistered visitors without prior written approval.
- No smoking, vaping, or drug use inside the home.
- Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM.
- No speakers, DJs, karaoke, amplified music, or outdoor music after quiet hours.
- Parking is limited to approved spaces only. Street parking rules must be followed.
- Moving furniture, tampering with cameras/noise devices/smoke alarms, or disabling Wi-Fi-connected safety devices is prohibited.
This home is best suited for families, mature groups, business travelers, and respectful guests looking for a comfortable stay in a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties, events, unregistered visitors, and disruptive gatherings are strictly prohibited.
For guest safety and property protection, exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and entry points. The home also has privacy-safe noise monitoring devices that measure decibel levels only and do not record conversations.
Parking is limited to 4 vehicles. Additional vehicles, street congestion, blocking driveways, or parking on lawns is not permitted.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund and additional charges for damages, extra cleaning, or neighbor disturbance.

- Unregistered/unapproved visitors: $100/person
- Smoking: $500+ remediation minimum
- Noise violation requiring response from our team: $250
- Tampering with cameras/noise/Wi-Fi/smoke alarms: $150 per device
- Excess cleaning: actual cost + $250 admin fee
- Police/security response: actual cost + $1000 admin fee
- Unauthorized late checkout: $200 per 30 mins
