The parking was convenient and felt secure. The place itself was immaculate, clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The bed and bedding were plentiful and very comfortable. My only complaint was the thermostat and lack of temperature control. Before bed, I set it to a cool 65, but both nights I woke up in the middle of the night to find the room hot, with the thermostat reading 75. The second night, I adjusted it back down around 1 a.m., only to find it back at 75 again by morning.

The whole reserving process and check in and out was a lot, felt a bit violated with my privacy even when they ask for a pic of you holding stuff, too many steps and they even have instructions for you when you check out that include partial cleaning, I’m sorry I never experienced such a stressful place before, didn’t even enjoy my stay thinking of the check out list

It was a great stay in very nice surroundings. Check in and out were pretty straightforward forward and it was great to have a parking spot in a garage. The facilities were clean and we had all we need.

Excellent location walkable to Target Field & Center

Wonderful overnight for my daughter & I after a concert at Target Center. We walked out the door to tacos in the courtyard then on to the event. Highly recommend.

Perfect stay

We stayed here and went to a show at the First Avenue Club. It was a short walk and the place was nice! Not a lot in the neighborhood of the VRBO but we made it work.

May Long Stay

Came down to Minneapolis from Canada for a getaway and would highly recommend Minnestay as your choice for accommodations. We found the area perfect for hoping around to restaurants, bars and shopping. The whole experience checking in was seamless and the apartment was clean and comfortable. I would 100% rebook with them in the future.

Nice Unit, poor experince

We frequently travel and were surprised to find the number of non VRBO waivers and ID requirements and card photo requirements required. We went with it as we booked within 7 day. Just cumbersome. The u it was lovely and the location nice. The noise however was the repeated theme. The first night was a hockey party after 10-MN and the next day it was residents/guest using the hallway as a conference room at 1030 w babies. The monday morning we were woken by construction at 0730. The parking is great the property is lovely. The overall experience is poor. We are Londoners and used to just living w noise but this was acute. Not the fault of the owner - but we felt we had to sign our promise repeatedly to not behave this way and did not get the same courtesy. I’d give it a miss or just live with it going in!

Location I couldn’t have picked a better place

I love this place so much that I did not want to leave. I could live there forever everything you need in one small space the safety, the convenience to location a comfortable bed I can’t recommend this place any higher than a perfect 10.
