There weren’t enough dish rags/towels in the kitchen and not enough towels and wash cloths in the bathrooms. Particularly the basement bathroom. The paper towels in the kitchen - I don’t know where you got them - they were the worst paper towel I’ve ever tried to use and I’m all about generic brands. My grandson slept in the basement with me and ended up with a flare up of his reactive airway, on his inhaler, and had to leave early from our family trip. Someone needs to check the air quality in the home. The living room upstairs is quite cute. The games were a hit with my grandson. I liked the neighborhood. It was very quiet.

This was a pleasant property, geared more, perhaps, to a family with children. I say that because some of the stairs were difficult to navigate by my husband and me, who are both 65. It would have been nice to have a TV on the main floor. Therefore, my two adult children, traveling with us, were the only ones to use both the up and downstairs rooms.The kitchen was stocked with appliances and utensils, but could have used a few more microwaveable (probably some kind of plastic) plates and wider bowls. We were trying to save money by bringing frozen and takeout food in, but it was hard to rewarm it in the microwave by using what was there. More spoons would help, too! The main floor bathroom was tiny and crowded. A grab bar would be useful for getting in and out of its tub/shower.We enjoyed sitting on the back deck patio and appreciated the fresh air during some beautiful days.We had some difficulty, at first, with the front door lock, but resolved it, with the help of the property manager.All told, a good stay.

Pet friendly. Lots of game options, nice backyard and deck. Nice linens and plenty of towels. Floor was not visibly dirty, put when wiped with damp towel (after water spill wipe up) paper towel was very dirty so maybe dry mop after wet mop? Maybe a couple extra fans for bedrooms when it's really hot out (like our stay) because the a/c vents are on the floor and /or behind furniture and rooms on first floor don't cool effectively.Also, the basement ceiling was leaking on our last night there and after talking to Holly (on call for MINNeSTAY), she called back to say that this has happened before so not to use bath/shower on main floor. This was inconvenient as my husband has difficulty with stairs and couldn't shower on main floor.Overall enjoyed the stay. I may have left metal dog water bowl on mat at side door of kitchen.

family get together

all was very good. one very important suggestion is a tv on the main level. my husband cant climb stairs so it was difficult. besides invasive in bedroom privacy. if it were on the main level it wouldn't interfere with stairs. short supply of very thin toilet paper. if you used better products, we wouldn't have gone through it so fast.

Great house for a family trip

This is a great place for a family stay! Great indoor and outdoor spaces for adults and kids, comfy beds, good separation of bedrooms for privacy, well stocked and super clean kitchen, all on a quiet street with walking distance to stores and dining.

Great week with family

Enjoyed restaurants and parks nearby. Boys were so happy to have fishing rods. Daughter enjoyed the scooter. We all played lots of games and just relaxing. A for the gas fireplace.

Great house in a neat, safe neighborhood.

We drove from Indiana for fall break due to the hurricane ruining our planned Florida vacation. None of us were disappointed! The house was fabulous! We had four teen girls, two 13 year olds and two 15 year olds, and two adults. The two groups of teens each had their own floor, and the adults were very comfy in the basement. For sure, Minnestay is the best property management company we have ever encountered!

Wedding weekend

Property was farther from the venue than we wanted and several light bulbs were out and the advertised alarm system didn’t work There was a very strong mildew odor especially in the basement level and the main floor bathroom leaked … management fixed it right away but it still smelled like mildew. Also there were just enough towels for 8 people… would be nice to have extras for hair

South Mpls Comfy and Convenient

Property well supplied, well-cared for, and with plenty of space for my family to spread out, sleep and work. Close to Lake Nokomis, airport, Mpls suburbs, downtown Mpls. Had an issue with a pipe leak, which was addressed promptly without any inconvenience. Hope to return on future visits.

We Loved It!

Perfect location and wonderful stay! We came to be with family from all over the US and this was a wonderful retreat after busy days meeting up with family. Not one complaint. Great neighborhood and neighbors, loved the sweet manicured fenced in backyard and deck, as did our dogs, and a special treat was the game room! So much fun! We would recommend this for all ages, even two bedrooms on the main level for anyone with challenges doing stairs. Thank you Minnestay!

Great family house!

We loved our stay at the bungalow. Our family of five had plenty of space and all the needed resources - plus a ton for the kids or adults to do as well! Terrific location - so nice to see the green space across the road, and everything you might need is close by! We plan to return.

Great Location and Perfect Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was in a perfect location- in a cute neighborhood, across from green spaces, and close to stores and restaurants. The house was also very clean, had plenty of space, and we particularly enjoyed the fireplace and the fenced yard for our dogs.

Fabulous Fun on Longfellow

Our family was in town to celebrate a work event for one of the family members. Our stay was comfortable, and allowed us to spend time together like we were at home. The landscaping and backyard was perfect for our smalls dogs to wonder around while we enjoyed the night sky, and some flying squirrels unique to Minnesota.

Great place to stay

This is such a fun place to stay. My biggest concern was the neighborhood, but when we arrived, we found it to be the cutest, most quaint and beautiful neighborhood! We felt safe and at home. The games are fantastic It's clean, quiet and everything one would hope for. Excellent place to stay.
