    To ensure a safe and secure environment for all our guests, we conduct background and ID verification. Also, you'll have the option to choose between a refundable security deposit (a hold on your credit card) or a non-refundable damage waiver.

You can also catch a Twins game or hop on the metro transit , Hennepin Ave., or I-35 to explore other areas.

    ➤ This unit does not include parking. Free street parking is available in front of the building. Since street parking often becomes full later in the day, SP+ parking garages are accessible within a 7-minute walk (0.3 miles).

    ➤ While the pictures may slightly differ from the actual apartment, the overall aesthetics and style remain consistent. We strive to maintain a similar look and feel to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests.

    ➤ Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial supply.

    ➤ Outdoor security cameras are present but not inside the property.

    ➤ Please note that while a Smart TV is provided, streaming services are not pre-signed. Guests are encouraged to utilize their own login credentials for access during their stay and ensure to log out upon checkout.

    ➤ Pet Policy: We welcome pets during your stay for an additional fee.





    ★ A Background Check and Government ID are required for check-in. If the background check fails, the building reserves the right to refuse entry. Please ensure you complete the necessary documentation as soon as possible. We will not be able to provide a refund if entry is denied on the day of check-in due to late submission. ★



    ➤ An $8 BGC fee may be charged for any additional guests not listed in the original booking..

    ➤ To ensure compliance with legal and property security regulations, you must provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, and pass a secure verification process for a criminal background check. This information is solely used for screening purposes and will not be retained or utilized for any other reasons.

    ➤ Please note that presenting a valid government ID is mandatory before check-in. Your check-in instructions will be provided upon successful completion of our verification process .

    ➤ All guests must complete the background check & submit required information before arrival. For same-day bookings, information must be submitted within one hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel reservations that do not meet verification criteria.

    A few important notes:

    Passing the check: This is a simple formality — our guests have never had any issues!

    Failed check: In the rare case of a failed check, we reserve the right to deny entry. A full refund will be provided, as long as you cancel on your end.

    Refusal to complete the check: If the form is not completed, or if requested IDs for additional guests are not provided, no refund will be issued, and access to the property will not be granted.

    Your privacy is respected — no personal information is stored on our end.

    Notice: The rooftop deck will be temporarily closed for the season starting November 3rd as the building prepares for winter. It’s expected to reopen in the spring, once the weather warms up.



    DISCLAIMER: In light of the cold temperatures and accumulation of ice and snow, the roof decks will be closed for the winter season. This precaution is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests, as icy conditions can present serious risks. Please note that the roof decks will be unavailable until further notice. My Minnie Stay

Very clean building with security cameras and well lighted front entrance. Apartment was very spacious with everything you could need inside no need to run to the store. I was very impressed with host reaching out to me if I needed anything and how my stay was far. Definitely going back.
