The pictures of this house do not do it justice. It's posh extremely roomy with lots of separate lounging rooms to spread out. We could come together if we wanted or escape each other for quiet time too. There were 14 of us but it never felt crowded at all. If we had had 10 more people, it still would have been comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked with an abundant supply of dishes glassware. We all loved the amount of light that beams in during the day, but the house is very echoey at night and it's hard not to hear everything going on in other rooms. There's no doorway to shut off noise coming from the basement TV and ping pong room, but the kids loved it down there as well as the cool game room in the garage. The yard has so much to offer for kids adults and the neighborhood is a very wealthy area lined with impressive homes. Entry to the home was a breeze and there was a long driveway and LOTS of room for parking multiple vehicles. The host was super responsive and addressed a few issues immediately. I will say that one of the king beds was improperly set up on a non-platform bed which left the base collapsed and the mattress sunk and unusable. One couple was forced to sleep on sofa space the entire time, so I would make sure to ask the host if that has been fixed if you know you will need all the bed space. In summary, a stunning home in a pristine neighborhood. I would 100% rent it again with a group.
