We really enjoyed our stay from start to finish. The hotel was very clean and well maintained and the staff was very courteous. We will stay here again!

The water was barely luke warm for my 4am shower. A cold shower is not my preferred way to wake up. When I went down to check out, there was no one there to let someone know about the cold water. The shuttle driver was there, but no desk clerk.

this is our "go to" hotel when visiting our Son that lives a mile away. Several restaurants close by, the bar at the hotel is nice-easy to hop back on the interstate. Rooms/bed has always been quiet and comfy. Price is on point too.

Hardly any of the cable TV channels actually worked. If I'm paying over $100 for a room I expect to be able to watch TV.

They have a breakfast bufdet in the morning for an wxtra charge. Theee is also a bar and restaurant on site. Pool and all other usual amenities. Check in was fast, easy and plwas. Staff are nice and provide clear explanation on everything.

I booked this hotel to take my son on Spring Break at Mall of America. The location was only about 10 min drive to the mall. The hotel is very well maintained and clean. My son loved the pool and the hot tub. I loved the bed and the shower. Also the hotel breakfast is very good! Great scrambled eggs and denver omelettes and good coffee. The only issue I had was the road condition of in front of the hotel. I had to turn left onto American and the road was riddled with craters. Not potholes, craters!!

Our stay was perfect. The staff were extra friendly and helpful. My only tiff was that the entire hotel only has two ice machines and we had to travel two floors either up or down to get ice. For the price, this is just a super small annoyance.

It was close to MOA room was pretty clean, maintenance staff and breakfast staff were really helpful and nice. The day we checked in the front desk staff was really nice! Only complaint i have was the night before checkout my baby tipped over a water bottle with a loose cap and our comforter got wet and when i called down for a new one i felt like i was getting questioned by the front desk on why i needed a new one. Overall we had a good stay.

TV in our room didn't work. Rather than make us wait for maintenance, they offered to move us to another room. It was conveniently right across the hall!

It was a great place to stay during our trip. staff were friendly. the rooms were clean. my only issue was that i requested a king sized bed and my two rooms to be beside each other. I got confirmation through the expedia app that those arrangements were going to be made but when we arrived at the hotel, i was advised it wasn't possible. and should've booked earlier. So I'm not too sure where the miscommuncation was.
