We came to the area for a 3 night stay to check out MOA and various local attractions. The check-in and check-out process was very simple and communication was excellent. The home is a very easy 10-15 min drive to the mall and many other spots. Home was clean and spacious. The bedroom downstairs does only have 1 bed. There are three bedrooms upstairs one is a smaller room with a twin bed the other two hedrooms are decent size with full or queen beds. We loved the space downstairs the best. The backyard is nice, we did not bring our dog but it would have been a good space for her to roam. Kitchen had mostly everything we needed, maybe could've used a bigger or second baking sheet but overall was sufficiently stocked. Parking was easy and had plenty of space and we felt the neighborhood was safe. We enjoyed our stay!

The location is the best!! Only a mile or so from the Gallaria, Pottery Barn,Macy's, great restaurants. We have been coming to the Minneapolis area for years and we would stay here again! House is in a safe quiet neighborhood and easy to get to!

We specifically rented this place for the screened in deck and fenced in back yard so our toddler had a place to play. The lawn was very long and lots of weeds around the place, only being mowed once in the 3 weeks we stayed. Also, there were highline wires stretched taught around some trees in the back yard we thought were not safe. We asked for a partial refund but have not yet received a response. If we do, I will update our rating. We also messaged that the TV's weren't working for the last 2 days of our stay with no response. No help received.

Pretty nice clean older house. A bit on the small side rooms kind of packed together upstairs with one bathroom. Creaky wood floors pretty noisy. The yard was large and lush, however, it was not maintained very well, grass very long some areas that were very dirty, including the barbecue area. The barbecue itself was dirty and rusted out didn’t seem usable. Overall, pretty nice place, communication about getting some things taken care of and cleaned up were delayed a great deal.

Owner was very responsive and helpful. Place was nice and clean as advertised. Comfortable beds. Private fenced backyard with nice screened porch and fire pit. Easy access to everything. Would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - great location, yard and screened porch a big plus, amenities top notch and ease of accessibility and communication were great! Even though our team let us down at Target Field - the trip was a blast! All five of us give a rousing thumbs up and we will be back!

Perfect for all kinds of reasons!

We had a small family get together for Christmas. Now known as the Christmas House, we are looking forward to more family get togethers at this property. The screened porch, fenced back yard, spacious basement and great location made it the perfect choice. Communication was efficient and made it easy. We felt right at home.

Great house for a family reunion

We were a family of 10 gathered in Minneapolis fot a college graduation, all adults except 1 teen and a newborn.. We used the whole house, including the aerobed. (We got advance permission from the manager to have 10 guests and were told we must bring our own bedding and towels for those using the aerobed.) Though the house is not large, the rooms are furnished well and space was not an issue. The weather was on the cool side, so we didn't use the yard and screened porch as much as we imagined, but they were lovely to have available. The kitchen is small, but we just used it for snacks, and ismple make-your-own breakfasts. WE went out for some meals and brought in pizza one night. The location was very convenient with a Target and other shopping very nearby. Also great freeway access for other places in MSP.

home away from home

Enjoyed our stay immensely. Wished we didn't have to leave. Thank you for allowing us to stay and call this place our home for a few days. It was ample space for 3 adults and 2 kids. It was comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Easy access to the highway. Minutes away from the MSP airport and Mall of America.

Clean, comfy, great location!

Four adults and two kids (5 & 8 years old) in town visiting family. House was very clean and comfortable, neighborhood felt safe and was quiet and peaceful. Convenient location for visiting the MOA and zoo, and twenty minutes to get basically anywhere in the city. The screened in porch and back yard were a lovely bonus we hope to enjoy more during future stays. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay!

We were very pleased with this house. We needed a kid friendly home. The basement worked great for the kids to play and sleep where it was quieter. It accommodated 6 adults and 2 small kids. It was very clean and the property owners take pride in making sure everything is satisfactory. Highly recommend staying here.
