The home is in a cute location and has a nice overall setup. I could see the potential in the property, but there are several areas that could use attention, updates, and repairs to make the stay more comfortable.The bedding, including the sheets, comforter, and pillows, appeared old and worn and should be replaced. The small rugs and floor mats throughout the home also need replacing. The bathrooms would benefit from grout and caulking work, along with fresh paint on the trim.The living room couch and the couch pillows are also worn and need updating or replacing. Updating these items would make the living room feel cleaner, fresher, and more comfortable.There were some maintenance concerns as well. The side door appeared to be held together or repaired with duct tape and should be properly repaired. The front and back lawns also need cutting and general upkeep.Parking can be challenging, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Parking is limited, and the neighbors are strict about their parking spaces. The garage is positioned at an unusual angle, with the entrance on the side, which makes it difficult to maneuver a larger vehicle into the garage.The backyard fencing and gate setup is also inconvenient. The lock is located on the outside of the gate rather than the inside, making it difficult to easily access the carport and garage from the backyard.Overall, the property is cute and has a nice setup, but it needs some repairs, updated furnishings and linens, la
