Wedding Weekend!
We were in town for my sons wedding and the groomsmen in the wedding party and I stayed here to be closer to the venue. ( The Plymouth Community Center) The home had plenty of room for them to get ready on the big day. They enjoyed relaxing, playing cards and the video games in the basement. The backyard was gorgeous!! We had a wonderful time and wonderful weekend. The two fridges in the home were a plus too.

Weekend Getaway
Weekend getaway to the cities to visit our college aged daughter. Loved the home and all its amenities. Very clean with everything we needed. Only 20 minutes to U of M campus.

Wedding Weekend
This property worked out perfectly for our family as we gathered in the Twin Cities for a wedding. The house was clean, quiet and well laid out for a group to gather. Our 15 month old grandson was with us and to have a baby gate on the steps leading downstairs made it safe for him too! Having multiple bathrooms made getting ready for the wedding so much easier. Check out was a snap, just a couple of easy things to do (take out the trash & pull the sheets) and we were ready to go. We even had room to park an RV!

Comfortable
Big enough for several small families. Nice bathrooms. Could use a few more towels and kitchen towels. Could enjoy the outdoors and had room indoors for games. Appreciated the family feel and eco retreat.

Inth the woods but close to everything
We stayed for a friends wedding. This place is beautiful! I wish we could have stayed longer. The house was immaculate. So close to stores but nature too ! We will be back !

90th Birthday/ Family Reunion
We came to town to celebrate my mother’s birthday and have her meet her 3 great grandsons. This was a perfect spot for our get together. Our families enjoyed the spaces including the large open spaces inside the home as well as the outdoors where the grandsons could expend some energy.

Eco Retreat Weekend Stay
The property was great, there was ample parking in the large driveway as well. The location allowed us to visit breweries in the area and the open main floor was a great place for family and friends to socialize. Plenty of spots for sleeping between the bedrooms and couches, as well as space for an air mattress. Would definitely recommend and consider in the future.

2nd time staying at Eco-retreat
This was our 2nd time renting this beautiful home. It was in a great location for us and central to family. It is also very spacious, clean, and has a lot of amenities. Our kids (13 and 11) loved the basement and our dog loved the yard! :) I loved the induction stove top! We would love to stay here again in the future.

Spacious home in great area!
Our family stayed in the area to be close to relatives for a family reunion. It was a convenient location having events nearby at Baker Park Reserve, picking up little things (sun block, groceries, etc) and even walking to grab coffee. The home was very cool and so environmentally friendly and responsible. My nephew enjoyed the garden and the greenery in the backyard. The fenced back yard was great for my brother's dog whom the hosts accommodated last minute. Besides the bedrooms, there was so much space...2 living areas, coffee room/nook, office and work out room and 3 full bathrooms. Maybe the only thing to know is that for the master bedroom, its best to be occupied by a couple as the master bath is not separated by any door - toilet, shower, bath is all exposed and open to the room.

Great place, great location
We were in Plymouth for a family wedding. This was very convenient and close to the venue, grocery stores, and neighborhoods to walk our dog, who came with us. Misha was very timely in answering my questions about the property. Would stay here again if ever in the area!

Home away from home.
We had the pleasure of staying in this splendid home for my son's 13th golden birthday celebration. The home was a perfect fit for our family of seven as everyone had their own comfortable sleeping quarters. Although we spent most of our days exploring the city, returning to the home was always a wonderful feeling of being home away from home. As a passionate cook, I appreciated that the home provided everything I needed to whip up delicious meals for my hungry boys. Additionally, the entertainment options, such as games, were enjoyable for the entire family. The owners were incredibly responsive and attentive to any questions or needs that arose during our stay. If you're considering booking this place, don't hesitate - it's a decision you won't regret.

Beautifully quiet!
We have always booked hotel rooms when we would come into town to visit family. This time we booked a vrbo and i can say, we'll lean on the side of vrbos again and again! The home was peaceful and had all the amenities hotels lack! The tea room was my favorite while the patio was my husband's fave as the basement area was utilized by the kiddos. We hope to return again soon!

Great Location and Property With Unique Features
We had a wonderful time staying at the EcoRetreat as a family. The home provides plenty of space, while it also includes lovely shared spaces for family meals and hang-outs. Our hosts were responsive and helped ensure a fabulous trip for us. We would definitely stay here again when in MN. Thank you!!!

Nice cozy home. it is very comfortable and the hosts responded very quickly to my questions. Our stay was during a snow event, but I bet the back yard is beautiful during spring, summer and fall. Fenced in back yard was great for the dogs.

Great Place Close to the City
Came into town from Illinois for the Vikings game and we were glad we picked this property. Place had privacy, was very clean, spacious, and communication with the owners was great. Highly recommend this home and we are looking forward to our next stay.

Great for a small reunion
My women’s group of friends (for 50 years!) enjoyed the woodsy feel of the property and made great use of the back patio and various conversation areas in the house. It’s a comfortable, quiet, home with great bathrooms and kitchen — it worked perfectly for us and we had a wonderful time there!

Our family from SC, Germany & WI gathered to celebrate a Family wedding in the Cities. This property was just right for the various adult members we had staying with enough sleeping options including the super fun bunk beds the 2 littles got to enjoy while stuck with all the adults. Ample parking for those who stayed plus for those who were able to pop in on their way home & it was convenient to many local amenities. We enjoyed our time & would recommend to others.

Wonderful!
The owners, Wes and Misha were very helpful. We were there for a three week post Covid business/ pleasure trip. The location was perfect. We had our dog, Rio. She loved the big back yard. We had a fantastic time. I enjoyed the eclectic book collection and the back yard in the morning. The house is well appointed for a longer stay.

Great House for Large Families!
We were in the Plymouth area for a family reunion. We loved how much space there was in the house, including the basement and the great backyard where the kids ran around! Close to a shopping center for groceries/coffee etc.

Nice stay, perfect house
This house was perfect for the 4 of us, including our 50 lb furry family member. My husband and I had the master bedroom; my son chose the basement bedroom; and my daughter chose the sleeper sofa in the basement. My daughter said the sleeper sofa mattress was really comfortable! The kitchen is my dream kitchen!! The first time I got to use an induction stove top! Also, thank you for having the NES system!! Nostalgic for me and super fun for my kids to play! Another plus of this house: it is close to grocery stores, restaurants, and Urban Air trampoline Park. Thank you to Misha and Wes for sharing their home!

Quiet, comfortable and roomy
Family stayed here for a few days while attending a funeral. Really like how the house is tucked away in the trees. Very welcoming front porch for relaxing outside during the day. Backyard is also very nice and has a fire pit. Lots of room to spread out throughout the house. My only dislike is the master bathroom has no door or wall separating it from the master bedroom-not a big fan of that. Overall the house worked out very well for us!

We used this as extra accommodations for our family visiting for graduation. It worked great and the family said they enjoyed staying there. Good communication with the owner. Would certainly recommend for this type of need if you live in the Plymouth, Medina, Corcoran, Wayzata area.

Reconnection
This home was perfect for a weekend away with friends! Two families with kids close I'm age and close to each other, this house gave us ample things to do, we didn't even feel the need to leave! Chilling on the hammock, strolling the meditation path, working out in the gym, playing pool, cooking in the kitchen, and evening fires on the patio. Everyone had a blast! Would absolutely rent this house again!

Nice location but house and property need maintenance and cleaning.
We chose this house based on location and pet friendly fenced in backyard. We did like the location and enjoyed the backyard for the dogs. However the home looked and felt like a family of 5 moved out months or a year ago and never maintained or polished the place before turning it into rental. Window screens torn and missing, doors and walls covered in filth and splashes debris on bathroom walls and doors. Floors not clean and bedding and beds old and musty smelling. The entire home needs to be freshened up including spring cleaning in the yard and deck and a lawn mowing. Outdoor garbage containers were full and never taken out to the curb. No communication on garbage day or anything about the property. We contacted property owner day of check in to get the door code because it wasn’t sent. Overall We would not stay at this property again. It didn’t feel clean and refreshed for house guests much less paying customers and renters.

Ouch. This review really made my heart sink. This is not just a rental to us, but our home. And it's very important to us that our guests are happy and comfortable. VRBO sends out a "Welcome Guide" a few days before each visit and there's a note to let each guest know that we don't send out the door code until the day of check in. For safety reasons, we generate a new code for each guest and it's not active until check in time. This way you are the only ones who have access at the time of your stay. That's intentional. When I sent you the message, I included our personal cell phone number and asked you to text if you needed anything (which you did when looking for a kitchen utensil). It’s really unfortunate that we didn’t know you were having issues, we would have gladly worked to remedy things to the best of our ability. I stopped by last night to check the work of our cleaning gal, and I certainly did not see the issues you are describing here. Wish you all the best and in the future that you find a place better suited to you, ~Misha Leah

A Family Gathering
The location and living space were perfect for our family that was traveling from 3 different states to be part of a special birthday celebration and wanted to spend time together over the weekend instead of staying in a hotel. The 3 & 1/2 year old loved the Treehouse Room. The home is an older 3 + bedroom rambler so it is a little tired and the beds could be a little more comfortable. The kitchen is quite small. However it is located on a large private lot and within walking distance of a grocery store, Panara Bread, a coffee shop, an ice cream shop and a nice restaurant. Overall our family members enjoyed their stay and would absolutely rent the home again if another visit to the area were planned.

Property is in a great location with easy access to highways and local attractions, all while retaining a neighborhood feel. Interior space was clean, convenient, and perfect for multi- family use. I would definitely stay again!

Great weekend stay
Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and more. The open floor plan on the main level allowed everyone enough space, and the 3 bathrooms were a big plus.

Beautiful location
We enjoyed our stay. The floor plan of the home is great for families. We took some beautiful walks, there is a playground close by for the kids. The home is close to grocery stores and restaurants.
