Refunds will not be provided if entry is denied due to late submission. An $8 BGC fee may be charged for any additional guests not listed in the original booking. To comply with legal & security regulations, guests must provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm contact details, and pass a criminal background check. This is only used for screening purposes and is not retained for any other reason. Valid government ID is mandatory before check-in. Check-in instructions are provided only after successful verification. Primary guest who made the booking must undergo background checks and submit required information prior to arrival. Secondary guest is required to submit a government ID. For same-day bookings, information submission is required within one hour of booking.
