Overall nice but some minor issues. We were in one night and tv had no channel guide or program guide. I ask the desk and he printed off a guide that had absolutely no resemblance to tv channels. Lots of banging in the mornings. The lady at breakfast very friendly and bubbly. Why do they use small pillows on a kingsize bed? Overall would stay again.

This was the best place we have stayed at in a long time! Right from checkin, they welcomed us like we were long time friends, throwing a few jokes our way. The breakfast was awesome, sausage, bacon, eggs, sausage gravy, biscuits and all the regular stuff you would normally see. They had coffee on ALL day long, which is a huge plus for us coffee drinkers and had cookies set out in the afternoon!! The pool was HEATED! It's been years since I've used a pool since I am an adult now and don't like to be cold, but we swam in this every night! All the employees were great! It was a wonderful place and will be back for sure!

They gave us the wrong room on arrival and wouldn’t change, jacuzzi tub has pube hairs in all jets, pool and hot tub were great though, our kid had to sleep on floor bc of mess up. Nothing offered to us.

Overpriced for what it is. Nice staff, fairly clean but there were ants gathering at the base of the in room jacuzzi and they found their way into the water. Thin walls. I know its not the Ritz but it felt a little dated and not a room I'd feel too comfortable in.

We came for a 4 night stay as a couple. It was very quiet for the whole time we were there minus the last night. The family that checked that night were VERY loud after hours, but we didnt mind too much as it was so quiet all week. This was not a major issue though, as we were incredibly fortunate to have a VERY clean room. Ive been in many hotels before and for the price I was pleasantly surprised. The Jacuzzi worked well, and had no debris. The lights attached to the baseboard we couldnt seem to turn on, though we had more than enough lights to compensate for that. Plenty of room to store items, and a desk. The room had minor wear and tear but nothing to write home about. Nothing to say about the staff other than they were kind. I had no issues or anything negative to report in that department. I found the morning staff were very silly, while maintaining professionality. It was an uplifting time during the complimentary breakfast. Now, the downside. Everytime we went to shower, it would turn on, and make a high pitched screeching. No fun. The public hot tub needed a little water vaccuming, as there was a bit of debris on the hot tub floor, but not enough for me to be turned off of the subject. (It is a public space, so things like that can be expected.) The pool was warm, and I found the farther into our stay the stronger the chlorine felt, so maybe it was time to add a little water. Great stay overall though. Will come again.

I was made to feel very uncomfortable after spending almost a month there and spending a large amount of money I was told when I booked another room that it was extremely dirty which was not true they had to vacuum and change the bedding which by the way everytime I asked for my bed linens to be change they would change the sheets but NEVER the comforter, after saying I was dirty the staff tried to make me feel bad for staying as long as I had been because if there taxes they would have to pay more or something. Why is this the guests issue?? I don’t own the hotel and should not be talked at about it’s finances that is very inappropriate. The one who I simply adored and was super nice to me was holly just a delight to see everyday and Ryan he’s was soooo nice two of your best people. They should be promoted they know how to make feel feel good. The one manager with short hair and glasses was so snotty to me the entire time and only when I look down my nose at her like she me did I get some respect. She actually told me she got in trouble for showing some curtisy in letting us stay past check due to us making another reservation….how is that okay the her boss punishes her for showing a longtime guest curtisy? The last morning I was there JOAN the manager asked me if my stay at the hotel was coming to an end??? I felt so unwanted like a burden to your hotel I just can’t even begin to say. I was again told about the taxes and they are just trying to avoid them..

Multiple aggravations made stay less than stellar
Good price and okay accommodations. Towels were thin, and it took more than one to towel off after a shower. Breakfast area not clean, and selections mediocre. Elevator had a problem, and bound up as it reached the 3rd floor. This caused the elevator to make a scary loud bang as it reached the 3rd floor, teamed with a drop of the elevator. Room heating and cooling were a bright spot and keep the room very comfortable. Likewise the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff were great.

They should be promoted they know how to make feel feel good. The one manager with short hair and glasses was so snotty to me the entire time and only when I look down my nose at her like she me did I get some respect. She actually told me she got in trouble for showing some curtisy in letting us stay past check due to us making another reservation….how is that okay the her boss punishes her for showing a longtime guest curtisy? The last morning I was there JOAN the manager asked me if my stay at the hotel was coming to an end??? I felt so unwanted like a burden to your hotel I just can’t even begin to say. I was again told about the taxes and they are just trying to avoid them..

There was dried blood on our toilet when we got here, there are dead and live ants on the floor, the shower has only a little pressure and doesn't get very hot, and the sink is falling out of the counter, fridge doesn’t work so $75 worth of food went bad. Someone else’s cherry Pepsi under night stand. Hair tie by bed. Dry blood on the comforter.
