Guest Requirements

👥 24-guest maximum at any time on the property

🪪 Primary guest must be 25+ to book; guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the stay

✅ Guest Verification is required before check-in. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.

🛡️ We require damage protection and include that in your booking fees in the event of damage, replacements, repairs during their stay, our guests appreciate not having to pay a security deposit.

Boats & Lake Access

Please note that property has steep areas in the back which may make it challenging for some guests to access the beach.

Bringing or renting a boat? We have a boathouse with two boat slips where your boat(s) can be parked, and there’s a private community boat ramp close by. Let us know if you’ll need it and we’ll provide the details.
