This is our fourth time in the house, I think, & we continue to love it. The open floor plan makes it great for our group as well as the bedroom accommodations. We love having a fireplace both inside and outside on the deck. Being right on the river makes for fun wading & fishing. The house is always kept up well. We just have such a nice relaxing & fun vacation every time.

Absolutely beautiful!

My family and I stayed at the property for Christmas 2021.. We were so blown away by the beauty and serenity of this place; we decided to stay for Thanksgiving 2024.. The minute we opened the door, that same nostalgic feeling washed over us again.. We are all in love with this place!! We aren't back in Florida, and are already planning our next trip.

Thanksgiving feast

This was our seconded time having our early family thanksgiving celebration at this beautiful home. Just perfect. Great location, gorgeous scenery and perfect home. Close to town to enjoy the local shopping and restaurants. Decorated just right with plenty of room for 12 of us. Can’t wait to return in 2 yrs.

Another Great Stay

We had another great trip and stay at your house in Blue Ridge. We couldn’t ask for a better house or location. From the river to the deer every morning and evening to sitting out with the fire, it was just the vacation we needed. Our group always has a great time there!

Amazing

Absolutely loved this place. Had everything we were looking for. Quiet, peaceful setting with a beautiful river that the kids were able to play in and fish in. Weather was amazing. All needed amenities. Close enough to Blue Ridge for grocery stores. Everyone had a great time and no one wanted to leave. Planning on coming back next year. A magical place

We could not have been happier with our stay, the moment you open the front door and see the river out the back doorstep you know it’s going to be wonderful. Our only regret is that being there for a special wedding in nearby Riverwalk didn’t afford us enough time to fully “zen out” at this beautiful place.

Beautiful House on the River

The house is beautiful and in a very quiet area. The furniture is all comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, silverware, etc. The deck overlooking the river was a favorite spot for my family during our stay. The kids also really enjoyed using the fire pit in the evenings. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet getaway in the mountains.

Beautiful River Retreat

The property and house are simply amazing. The views of the river and wildlife is absolutely beautiful. We travel every year to Blue Ridge for a week of Golf at Old Toccoa Farms (basically across the street). We have stayed here the last three years and look forward to doing it again next year. From the outdoor fireplace on the deck over looking the river to spacious kitchen to enjoy family dinners, this place has it all.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was very clean and so inviting. Ample room, huge family room and with enough sleeping arrangements for all 10 of us, made the home so comfortable. Enjoyed the beauty of the river and seeing the sight seeing train moving by, located across the river was very picturesque. The memories made will be forever cherished.
