Wonderful property right on the river. House was very clean and comfortable for humans and pets. Large fenced yard for our dog to roam. Neighborhood is full of deer and we enjoyed seeing them in the morning and evening. Had a problem with the a/c and management sent technician out to fix issue within an hour. Highly recommend this property.

Overall Great Experience!

The communication from AnaLuisa was amazing and she was very helpful throughout our stay. The grill was not operational and they brought a brand new grill for our use. The hot tub was clean and had a nice view of the river. The dock was easy to get to and was great to fish in the Tocca River. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and utensils, pots, pans, plates, wine glasses, etc.. Once recommendation is to bring extra toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, paper towels as there was only one roll per bathroom or kitchen for a 3 night stay. One reason I took off points for cleanliness is the guest bedroom upstairs comforter upon check-in had dried blood splattered on it. The management company stopped by and fixed it right away but large oversight from housekeeping. Overall it was a great location and the management company was very responsive to calls or texts.

Toccoa Fish Trap

Great location directly on the river! Great location to many wonderful places in the area, like downtown Blue Ridge, Blue Ridge Railroad, Helen, Brasstown Bald, Murphy, vineyards and hiking. We hiked the miles and miles of roads behind the Toccoa Fish Trap. The Property Manager, Ana, was fabulously responsive to our questions/concerns. Enjoy!

Amazing

Such a wonderful Thanksgiving for us all. Ana was extremely helpful with everything. Such a lovely gift basket and smore all ready for.my twin grandchildren, lets not forget tje amazing apple pie that eas freshly baked the morning of our arrival. We are definitely planning on many returns. The house is much larger than the pictures depict. The fishing was great! We truly loved every moment.

Mini Vacation

This is a wonderful vacation stay. My family’s and I had a mini 3 night stay visiting the area. Wish it could have been longer after our encounter. The house, property, and location was wonderful to Blue Ridge area. The property was nice enough of a vacation itself, it was hard to balance home time versus going out to visit all of the neat places around the area. Very convenient stay to Mercier Orchards and downtown BlueRidge and Trains. It was always neat being onsite at the property rental and hearing the Blue Ridge train coming down the other side of the river.

Birthday Celebration

My husband, I, and our best friends come to Mineral Bluff every year to celebrate two of our birthdays. This has been the best trip yet! The cabin was awesome and the weather was good. I just wish we could catch fish. There didn't seem to be very many about this visit. Great place to stay!

Fantastic location, wonderful house

This house is in an amazing location for anyone who loves kayaking. The river was beautiful. The house was better than the pictures. The only thing I would make a negative mark on, which would NOT stop me from renting again, was the slight mold smell of the master bedroom’s carpet. I brought my own air freshener and was perfectly happy. The beds were comfortable, the hot tub was great after being in the cold river, the living spaces were large and the outdoor grill was really good. We would definitely recommend and rent again.

Great cabin on the river

Pictures don’t do this justice! Updates to the kitchen and upstairs bathrooms plus a new fenced-in front yard made this a perfect place for our family and our dog. Enjoyed watching the train go by and made good use of the hot tub and fire pit. There is also a new huge tv in the family room that was perfect for watching college football. There were even fresh flowers left on the dining room table. We had perfect fall weather and the leaves were already gorgeous in early October. Hope to stay here again!

Annual Fishing trip

We’ve had an annual fishing trip for about 15 years and stayed at this property many times. You need a new mattress in the downstairs bedroom and the sofa bed doesn’t pull out. Otherwise, it was great. Like the improvements in the backyard with the new gravel and upgraded fire pit.

Relaxing weekend stay

Very nice cabin on the river. We enjoyed relaxing by the river with a campfire in the evenings and watching the kayakers go by during the day. Coffee on the back porch in the mornings and reading a book at night while watching the fireflies was also a great way to relax at this cabin!

-1 star would better describe the property manager

This experience was my worst stay in blue ridge because of the unprofessionalism of the property manager. No address or security code was sent until hours before check in. She was inconvenienced and rude about sending it and instead of owning up that she forgot to earlier, she blamed me for not being responsible. Then when the sceptic pump failed and floating poop in the downstairs bathroom and shower rendered half the house unusable, she literally wrote “LOL” as a response for requesting compensation. A formal complaint has been filed with Vrbo, a letter to the owners and filing with the bbb (and I see it’s not the first filed complaint on there). The river was beautiful, I’ll say that.
