Host was very responsive and welcoming. The house was perfect, everything worked great. We had no issues at all. Would definitely recommend. The property was very peaceful, close to a lot of things, but private at the same time. Great stay!!

The Orchard House was perfect. We had a 5-star stay. Hosts Jodi and Steve went above and beyond for us and quickly answered all of the questions we had. They even let us borrow an EV charging cable when the one we brought was the wrong kind. Any issues that arose were attended to immediately. The home was spotless and included loads of entertainment. You really don’t even need to leave the property because there’s so much to do.

Perfect for our large group

This place was perfect for our large group. It was the perfect distance in and out of town. We loved all the amenities, especially the newly added sauna! The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. They were very responsive and acted quickly to our requests. 10/10 recommend!

Great stay with multi-families!

We had a wonderful stay with our friends and family. Not far from Downtown Blue Ridge and the Host was very responsive. Plenty of places in house and on property for all to enjoy. We will stay again!

Lovely friends/family getaway weekend

We own a small business and like to host a team retreat with families annually (when we can). This home was perfect! Everyone had their own private space as well as plenty of joint space to spread out and enjoy the weekend together. I was very impressed with the kitchen. We cooked quite a bit and while my husband brought what he needed to cook, we were pleasantly surprised by the full kitchen set up with plenty of pots/pans/bowls/utensils and dishes. The home was absolutely accommodating to our group of 11. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely space!

Beautiful, fun, and relaxing!

We took a group of three families with adults and kids of all ages for the week of New Year’s. We all found the house to be cozy and full of amenities for everyone. Some people lounged in the hot tub while others went on a hike and others played foosball. We had a group of people who love to cook and the house had all the pots and pans and other necessities you could want. Also, close enough to get to all the cute shops and restaurants in Blue Ridge to go on a whim. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Amazing home, great location!

We absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay. The house was incredibly clean, organized and functional. Literally, anything you’d expect or want from a home- they thought of. We had everything we needed. Steve and Jodi were amazing hosts with great communication. Highly recommend for any occasion. Kids loved the bunk rooms, playground and arcade room. Great amenities for all ages. Property is just stunning, walk to creek was so much fun, we found turkey feathers and kids loved that! It’s a very short drive to downtown Blue Ridge and grocery store. We will be back!

Outstanding house and location

This house is stunning, inside and out. The pool area is gorgeous. There’s not a single thing missing that we needed for our 7 nights. The beds are big and comfortable. The ping pong table, darts and shuffle board room was so fun. I can’t recommend this property enough!

Fantastic Family Reunion Location!!

Every year we have a family reunion and this property was perfect for us! The kids loved the pool and playground and had plenty of room to play. The teenagers enjoyed ping pong, darts and pool. The adults had plenty of time to relax and enjoy each others company. Jodi and Steve were responsive and so helpful all week. Highly recommend!!

The most amazing property we have rented with VRBO

The trip was to celebrate two family birthdays and then our oldest granddaughter got engaged so we were overwhelmed with happiness! We could not have asked for a more perfect setting. Great Family Getaway

Wonderful Wedding Venue

My fiancé and I rented Southern Orchard house for our wedding weekend and couldn’t have been happier! Not only was the cabin absolutely gorgeous inside and out, the hosts, Jodi and Steve, were amazing. Jodi came by to help direct traffic before the ceremony, and when the rain showers didn’t stop, she suggested we move the ceremony inside, in front of the fireplace, which ended up being the perfect setting! Excellent accommodations for all 18 members of our family gathering to celebrate our 50 Anniversary! Wonderfully decorated, very CLEAN and handy to conveniences! There are many areas of the home to entertain ourselves. All of us enjoyed the swimming pool, deck areas, rec rooms, fire table and living room. Loved it!
