Girls trip

The house is beautiful and very spacious. We spent most of our time in the pool! The weather was perfect and the water was just cool enough to enjoy it. It was nice to sit outside under the shade tree and enjoy the lake view! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home!

2025 family vacation

Absolutely a stunning view. House was more than expected. Kids loved the pool slide. Fishing kept the bigger kids busy. Outdoor gazebo area was perfect area for family play time. All in all overall a great time. Would recommend to all.

Great Vacation for Family

This is our third stay and as usual it was fantastic! Home is so large that all 9 of us never got in each others way. The 3 kids adored the pool and the fishing was great fun! Nice to have a gazebo to relax under while watching the kids swim. The owners are always available by phone if any problems arise which is a great plus. This is the place you want to be for a wonderful family vacation!

Beautiful home with plenty to enjoy!

Property was perfect for our 3 generations of family. Grandkids loved the fishing and the games in the kid's room. House was spacious and plenty of room for the 9 of us. We were unable to enjoy the pool due to the weather, but we had a fabulous time. Making smores in the fire pit. Going to Fort Worth to see a rodeo:) We would stay here again!

Property was everything we needed for additional “grands and greats” to stay while visiting for our special family time. We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property, and it was the perfect spot for catching up with lifelong friends. With nearly 30 years of friendship, we treasure these moments, and this home provided exactly the cozy, homey atmosphere we were looking for. The home was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and had a peaceful backyard that made it easy to unwind and relax. The personal touch from the hosts really stood out. I’m used to booking through agencies, but this experience felt refreshingly different – the hosts checked in with us just to make sure we had everything we needed, and it truly made us feel welcome. It was such a nice touch that added to the overall experience. I couldn’t recommend this spot more for anyone looking for a restful, welcoming, and beautifully maintained place to reconnect and relax. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

East Texas Relaxation At Its Best!

The location/neighborhood of this house was perfect. Quiet, safe, clean, relaxing. The hosts left great recommendations for close placed to eat and enjoy morning coffee (Cafe U was amazing!). Would definitely stay here again to relax by the pool while gazing at the lake.

Texas Hospitality

Communication with Hosts was always quick and clear. They even called to check on us during the stay... (Nice) Home is beautiful and just as listed. Very quiet neighborhood and relaxing. We never ventured out to eat in town, but Walmart is very close and we were able to cook our meals in the well-equipped kitchen. We were a group of 7 ladies ages 47-72 and plenty of room for all of us. Because we have some older ladies in our group, getting down the steps to the pool was a little challenging without hand rails, so just thought I would mention this for others with elderly people thinking of staying here. A/C works amazing in this Texas heat. If we come this way again, we would likely stay here.

Making memories

The property is beautiful and just as advertised. Peaceful and breathtaking view! We enjoyed fishing, swimming and just over all relaxing by the water. We had lots of laughs and loved making new memories with the family. We plan on visiting again!

You can step in as if it were your house!

We didn’t want for anything. Everything was supplied. From the fully stocked kitchen to hangers in the closets we loved the attention to detail. The toys, Lego table and dolls and games kept the girls busy allowing the adults extra relaxing time! The pool with a slide was the hit of the stay!! Fishing from the dock was nice. The girls caught many fish. So many it became a competition! Our only wish that it was a bigger recreational lake. Being only minutes away from some quaint shops, and places to eat was convenient. We even had a chance to pick blueberries at a local farm there. It was the perfect spot for a quiet relaxing week with family.

Community Restrictions

The property was perfect except for complaints by neighbors. I rented this facility to attend a graduation of my grandson and have a final visit with my family.We only slept 7 in the house but my family get together for the one day outside in the rear was 13 but was told I could only have 10 which was not stated on the instructions. Also the house was listed to sleep 12. I left after only 3 days of my 6 day rental. I am 89 years old and was making this the last time with my family all together.It is a shame that there are people so inconsiderate and want to ruin what could have been Sunday and Memorial May 26 and 27 For more quality time with my loved ones.I left on Sunday morning to avoid any further complaints. Possibly you need to investigate further so that no one else experiences what I did.

Heaven on Lake Brenda

This is our second time staying at this property and it never disappoints! Our grandkids loved swimming and fishing every day. The adults loved the “laid back” feeling of Mineola. I particularly loved being 3 minutes from Walmart! The owners are such a joy to work with. They are always available to answer any questions and to help with any problems The best recommendation that we can give is that we have already reserved our vacation for next year!
