"The staff was very nice good people, but the room was head bugged in the bathroom. Don’t know where it came from but they did send someone up to get rid of the bugs all over the bathroom the floor in the sink that’s where the dead bugs with that whole bunch a bunch everything else was clean and good"

"The resort was clean, and the views were beautiful. However, one major disappointment was that guests are not allowed to swim at the beach after 6:00 PM. Since the weather during the day can be extremely hot, many people would prefer to enjoy the beach later in the evening when it’s cooler. The biggest letdown, though, was the food. "Well.... it has a very nice pool. Expect to feel ignored, unimportant, and at times in the way. This place could be very nice, they just need to fix their attitude and realize who's actually paying to stay there. In the hands of another top tier hotel, this could be a fabulous place to stay. I'm not sure why ownership doesnt get it. Yes, the locals who have the money to stay there are more than willing to tolerate feeling like they should be treated poorly, but anyone else will feel it right...

"We were worried prior to the trip because of the 7.8 magnitude earthquake that hit Gensan last June 8, 2026. We are thankful that the hotel didn't sustain major damage despite widespread devastation in the city. We stayed from July 5-July 10,2026 with family members. At one time there were 15 of us. Then there were 9 of us total. The service was excellent. All the staff members were very friendly and helpful. We just had to ask and they tried to meet our needs. Special mention to Angel at...
